UI GreenMetric extends its deepest condolences to all those affected by the magnitude 7.7 earthquake that struck Flores, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), on 15 August 2026.

The earthquake, which was centered approximately 30 km northeast of Nagekeo at a depth of 15 km, caused significant damage across several areas in NTT and prompted an early tsunami warning. As communities continue to face the aftermath, our thoughts are with those who have lost loved ones, those who have been displaced, and everyone working to support the recovery efforts.

May strength, courage, and solidarity accompany the people of Nusa Tenggara Timur through this difficult time. We stand with the communities affected and hope for a safe and resilient recovery.
