After our retreats in Portugal, Bali & Morocco, I’m so excited to finally bring our Ayurvedic Women Retreat to this magical island. ✨

Sri Lanka has stolen my heart - with its amazing culture, delicious Ayurvedic food, beautiful beaches, and incredible wildlife. Every part of this retreat is inspired by the energy and spirit of this place.

It’s going to be a very special week of ritual, rest, and radiant returning, held in sisterhood and connection. I can’t wait to share it with you!

Most people arrive alone.

I’m holding a very small, deeply held women’s circle in Bali — 𝐻𝑒𝑟 𝐸𝑙𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝐵𝑙𝑖𝑠𝑠 — from 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟏-𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓. Over seven days we’ll move through carefully chosen practices, Balinese ceremonies and guided healing that are designed to be both restful and transformative. This isn’t a checklist of activities ↠ it’s a gentle, intimate container where you can breathe, be seen, and leave with simple practices you’ll actually use at home.
