What does it really take to be career-ready?
On May 2nd, 2026, United In Diversity and LSPR Bali brought together students and fresh graduates through UID Talk: Before You Actually Get Hired and Career Mastery Circles.
Through panel discussions and small-group mentoring sessions, participants gained practical insights on recruitment, workplace expectations, CV writing, interviews, portfolios, and career planning.
More than just learning about the professional world, they had the opportunity to connect directly with industry leaders and receive actionable advice for their next steps.
Thank you to all speakers, facilitators, and participants for making this event a meaningful space to learn, reflect, and prepare for the future.

Our family is our very first classroom, teaching us lessons about love and trust that shape the internal map of our souls. Just as the HATI Installation is built from over 1,500 individual stories into one singular heart, our lives are a collection of ordinary moments that form something greater than ourselves. Whether it is the family we are born into or the ones we choose, these bonds provide the solid foundation we need to navigate life’s challenges. This International Day of Families, we honor the “Hati” that keeps us whole and the diverse pieces that make our collective story beautiful.
The challenges our foundations face today, from climate change to social inequality, cannot be solved with the same thinking that created them. To navigate this complexity, we need more than just management; we need Generative Communication.
Derived from Theory U (MIT Sloan), this framework allows leaders to:

✅ Transform collective insights into meaningful change.

On April 25, 2026, UID Bali Campus hosted UID Sarasehan Episode 4, “Building Habits, Creating Happiness through Community,” in collaboration with IndoRunners Bali🚀.
The event brought together 50 participants for a refreshing 5K run around the Serangan area, starting and finishing at UID Bali Campus. The morning continued with refreshments, an engaging sharing session, and interactive games that sparked new conversations and strengthened connections.
As the first UID Sarasehan to spotlight the role of community, this edition showed how simple activities like running together can build healthy habits, boost motivation, and create lasting friendships. It was a fun and meaningful reminder that we go further when we grow together.

UID Workshop 14: Bijak Memilah Sampah, Ketahui Caranya
Bringing together Serangan community members and the public for a hands-on session on household waste sorting.
The workshop opened with a short, practical talk, followed by an interactive sorting game using visual materials and group discussions.
Participants actively engaged by classifying everyday waste and practicing directly with their own snack leftovers.
Each participant received a take-home guide to continue applying simple waste management practices in their daily routine.

In our latest HATI Workshop, we gathered young minds from high schools across Denpasar to dive deep into the essence of leadership. Inspired by the legacy of the late Pope Francis and the transformative framework of Theory U, we tackled a pressing reality in Bali: the issue of bullying.
It was about taking action. These students practiced the art of deep listening, identifying the roots of the problem, and co-creating real solutions for their schools. Change starts with an open heart and a willing mind. ❤️
