Merdeka! Celebrating 81 Years of Independence with Color, Creativity, and Faith! 🇮🇩✨❤️

The spirit of freedom was alive and vibrant at Harapan Jaya Islamic School as our students, teachers, and staff gathered for our spectacular HUT RI ke-81 Independence Day Carnival!

Our campus turned into a festive tapestry of red and white, filled with infectious laughter, traditional melodies, and colorful displays. The parade gave our young scholars a platform to showcase their deep love for Indonesia while expressing their artistic creativity through custom costumes, hand-made props, and traditional cultural attire from across the archipelago.

Highlights of today’s Independence Day Parade:

🌺 Cultural Heritage Showcase: Celebrating the vast beauty of Indonesia's regional traditions (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika).
🎨 Creative Expression: Watching our students proudly march with self-designed banners and eco-friendly parade props.

Stronger Together: Unlocking Teamwork and Passion on MPLS Day 4! 🤝✨

By Day 4 of MPLS at Harapan Jaya Islamic School, the initial first-day jitters were completely gone—replaced by high energy, loud cheers, and deep friendships!

Today was all about Teamwork, Collaboration, and Discovery. Our students stepped outside their comfort zones to take on group challenges that required trust, problem-solving, and mutual support. Watching them lift each other up, cheer for their peers, and solve puzzles together showed us just how much they have grown in just a few short days.

They arrived on Day 1 as individuals, but today they truly bonded as one united Harapan Jaya family.

Today, the courtyards of Harapan Jaya Islamic School echoed with pure happiness, catchy songs, and energetic steps! In honor of National Children’s Day, we traded digital screens for the vibrant, timeless magic of Indonesian Traditional Games (Permainan Tradisional).

Watching our scholars immerse themselves in these heritage games was a beautiful reminder of what childhood should be about:

🎋 Rangku Alu: Testing rhythm, focus, and synchronization as students navigate hopping between moving bamboos!

🤸 Taplak Gunung & Lompat Tali: Building physical agility, balance, and determination with every jump.

🎶 Cublak-Cublak Suweng & Ampar-Ampar Pisang: Filling the air with melody, giggles, and sweet childhood innocence.

At Harapan Jaya Islamic School, we believe that learning happens both in the classroom and in the kitchen! Yesterday, our students turned into "Junior Mixologists" for our Healthy Lifestyle session, where they explored the vibrant world of fresh fruits.

From peeling and slicing to blending and tasting, our students learned that fueling your body with nature’s vitamins can be both delicious and fun. This hands-on activity teaches more than just a recipe; it’s about understanding that our health is an Amanah (trust) from Allah that we must nurture with good nutrition.

Fridays at Harapan Jaya Islamic School hold a special place in our hearts. It is a day dedicated to the "Friday Sunnah"—a holistic approach to starting the weekend with a pure heart and a clean body.

Our morning begins with the tranquil recitation of Surah Yasin and the performance of Shalat Dhuha. These spiritual anchors help our students cultivate a deep sense of gratitude and focus, reminding them that every success begins with a connection to Allah SWT.

However, our devotion doesn't stop at prayer. As the Prophet (PBUH) taught us that "Cleanliness is half of faith," we conduct our Weekly Hygiene Inspection. A Night Filled with Divine Light: Iftar Jama'i & Khatmil Qur'an! 🌙📖

Alhamdulillah, our hearts are full. Today, Harapan Jaya Islamic School hosted a truly special event that combined the joy of breaking fast together with the spiritual achievement of Khatmil Qur'an.

The evening began with the vibrant energy of our students, some of whom led the event as MCs and others who shared the blessings of Ramadhan by distributing Takjil to our neighbors. The highlight, however, was the beautiful recitation of Juz 30, reminding us all of the power and serenity found in the Holy Qur'an.

From the collective Dua led by our Headmaster to the peaceful rows of our Maghrib, Isha, and Tarawih congregation, every moment was a reminder of the strength of our community.

May this night of worship be accepted by Allah SWT, and may the light of the Qur'an continue to guide our students' paths. 🤲✨
