Wildeness as a playground.
How much time do you spend in natural environment?
I know we all have obligations, limited amount of time and going to the gym is the most convenient option if you d like to exercise.
However, have you noticed your level of attention where you are in the gym? btw headphone on, loud music, staring at good looking girl/man near you, chit chat, check you phone and so. Most of your focus is taken away. So how much training you get done at the end of your session?
I can hear also... Outside there is too much sand, mud, flies, sun, wind... and not enough...blabla. We live in sanitize world where being dirty and exercise outside is consider a risk to get sick, get injured or get infection. who know what else!
Why not to start with one session / week with moderate intensity outside in your garden, park, forest, or beach if you have access to it, without phone, music, selfie. And notice how much you spike up your level of attention, awareness of every move and breath. It would be easier to pace yourself and last longer.
DM my friends if you wish to experience it with us in Bali.

Five levels of learning.
This idea of learning breaking in 5 levels helps me so much to improve my teaching skills and my personal practice. Check this out 👇🏼
1) cognitive understanding
At this introductory level, we seek answers to how and why certain ideas are essential to excellence.
2) Basic competence
During this phase, we move beyond understanding and into action. We begin to learn the skills and apply the knowledge we’ve learned. To do so, you must make attempts, make mistakes, and make adjustments.
3) Mastering basic
There is an important distinction between knowing something and being capable of doing it sometimes, and truly “owning” the ability.
Only through repetition, often over an extended period of time, can you move to level three, when you will have truly mastered the fundamental.
4) Beyond Basic
Often, this means unlearning some of the initial skills and habits in order to transcend limits.
Again, over time and through exhaustive repetition, we move from conscious competence toward unconscious competence, as even the advanced skills and concepts become second nature.
5) The mindset of continuous improvement
By now, the learner understands a fundamental truth about any meaningful undertaking: The more you know, the more you realize you do not know. Instead of viewing this as a crushing or defeating realization, the elite performer is energized and excited for this prospect. And for those who adopt this commitment to excellence, a never ending, ever expanding, thrilling journey awaits.

“Natural Movement” means movements that has a function, which leads you to carry out a concrete task.
In short, it is a movement that serves a purpose, such as:
Lift / transport an object
Walk, run
climb somewhere
Jump over an obstacle
Fight
Carry someone
Etc…
There are three concepts that are important to keep in mind when talking about “Natural”.
1. The notion of Utility/Need.
2. The notion of Instinct.
3. The notion of Freedom of Form.

- Breathe. (Tune your body and slow down your nervous system)
- Conscious practice. (Reconnect with yourself)
- Get out in nature (Rejuvenate your senses)

During the trendy carnivore diet period, I’d like to point out some aspects / benefits about vegetables. Especially difference between starchy / non-starchy vegetable.
Starchy vegetables are high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals and should be included as part of your healthy diet. However, you should limit them to about 1/4 of your plate. Since starchy vegetables are higher in carbohydrates, they can cause a spike in your blood sugar.
Examples of starchy vegetables include: Corn, White potatoes, Sweet potatoes, Beets, Carrots…
Non-starchy vegetables are higher in fiber and lower in sugar than starchy vegetables. It should fill about 1/2 of your plate. ‌
Examples of non-starchy vegetables include: Purple cabbage, Eggplant, Asparagus, Red peppers, Tomatoes…
The color of the vegetables is a sign of their nutrients and antioxidants. You want to get a lot of different colors to make sure you get different antioxidants, including:‌
Red. Red vegetables such as beets and tomatoes.
‌Blue and purple. Vegetables with these colors, including eggplant and purple cabbage.
Green. Broccoli and spinach are two types of green vegetables.
Orange and yellow. Vegetables with these colors include carrots, pumpkin, and sweet potatoes.
White. White vegetables such as onions and cauliflower.
They include nutrients and antioxidants that can help:
• Prevent heart disease
• Promote eye health
• Boost the immune system
• Help build strong bones
• Maintain skin health
So let's make a colorful and delicious meals. Vegetable 🥦 🥕 🥗

Breathwork & ice bath training facilitated by Alex
Alex love to share his passion and help people to live better, using breathwork, cold exposure and mind set.
He taught us tools to breakthrough emotions and listen our body. To be more connected to ourselves and others. To be comfortable in uncomfortable situation. Break walls of our personal barriers. Materials were beyond expectations. Time to integrate them. Fantastic weekend to learn how be more present, therefore improve quality of life and our Movement practice.
Thanks 🙏
