The Ministry of Religious in Bengkulu No: Kw.07.7/BA.03.1/3300/2011
"Prophetic in Perspective and objective; Apostolic in teaching, function, and governance of the church; Pastoral and care in ministry"
In accordance with the Word of God from Acts 2:41, where the early church experienced a breakthrough of limited religious activities; it later became the ambassadors of the kingdom of God, where
the power of God and great manifests accompanied their services and ministries with so many miracles, signs and wonders. With the rise of the early church, Christianity has influenced the world in all areas of life, with one of secrets of success of the Lord Jesus, that is: to train and mentor His twelve disciples. With various backgrounds of the disciples, the Lord Jesus raised, trained and mentored them. Ever since that time, the world has been turned upside down by the influence of their leadership. "These who have turned the world upside down have come here too (Acts 17:6 NKJV). The Christianity we are living today occurs because of the fruit of their ministries. The pattern of the training and mentoring (discipleship) that looks simple turned out to produce an appropriate ministerial system to deliver and develop qualified personals, maximizing potentials and talents. Therefore, the Lord Jesus gave the Great Commandment, go therefore and make disciples of all the nations (train and mentor) Mat 28:19-20 NKJV. Unfortunately in these days, the pattern of training and mentoring (discipleship) has been left behind. Many churches aim to produce leaders fast/instantly without sufficient and adequate knowledge, experience and qualities, hence the resulting impact is not very satisfactory. Moreover the condition of churches in rural areas or villages where they are inadequately prepared; so as we have known their condition is miserable, apprehensive and lacking in many ways compared with churches in the city. We are called to be channels of God's blessings through the "Leadership Training and Mentoring Aquila". We long to equip the servants of God, whom later on are expected to do spiritual breakthroughs in: increasing the spiritual weight of the congregations they lead (quality), increasing the number of congregation (quantity), growing up organisations (organisation growth), increasing financial in their services (financial), and making an impact in their environment (influence).
