Happy 10th Birthday in heaven, my dearest Coco 🤍

Ten years ago, you came into my life like a gentle sunrise—
soft paws, warm eyes, and a heart too pure for this world.
Today, you would have turned ten.
A beautiful number for a beautiful soul.

Though your body is no longer beside me,
your love still walks quietly through every corner of my days.
In the silence of the morning, I still feel you.
In the golden light of sunset, I still see you.
In my prayers, I still whisper your name.

Coco, you were never “just a dog.”
You were my comfort in loneliness,
my laughter on heavy days,
my faithful shadow,
my small, beating miracle.

Time may have taken you from my arms,
but it could never take you from my heart.
Your paw prints are etched into my soul,
permanent and sacred.

On your 10th birthday, I celebrate not the years we lost,
but the love that will never die.
Run free beyond the rainbow, my sweet angel.
Wait for me where the skies are wide and the grass is endless.

Until we meet again,
you are loved beyond words,
and missed beyond measure.

My Ashtanga journey did not begin with teaching, but with longing.

Since 2014, I searched for self-practice, for discipline, for a path that felt true. In 2023, the path led me to Mysore—to Sharath Yoga Centre—where practice became devotion and consistency became prayer.

This is my third journey back. More than half of the Intermediate Series now lives in my body, shaped by patience, humility, and grace.

Thank you, universe, for welcoming me back each year.
This is not the end—only a deeper beginning.
