عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال : أَخَذَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ سَلَّمَ بِمَنْكِبِيْ فَقَالَ (كُنْ فِي الدُّنْيَا كَأَنَّكَ غَرِيْبٌ أَوْ عَابِرِ سَبِيْلٍ ) . وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُوْلُ إِذَا أَمْسَيْتَ فَلاَ تَنْتَظِرِ الصَّبَاحَ وَإِذَا أَصْبَحْتَ فَلاَ تَنْتَظِرِ الْمَسَاءَ وَخُذْ مِنْ صِحَّتِكَ لِمَرِضَكَ وَمِنْ حَيَاتِكَ لِمَوْتِكَ) رواه البخاري

From Ibn Umar radliallahu 'anhuma said: (saas. Hold both my shoulders seraiah replied: "Walk you in the world as though the stranger or traveller," Ibnu Umar said: If you are in the evening do not wait for the morning and if you are in the morning do not wait for the afternoon, seize the health of you to (preparation when) sick you and life to death you.(HR.al-Bukhari)
