“The Lonely Saviour”

Born in the cradle of straw and stars,
not in a palace, nor under golden light —
but in a hut,
where silence was His witness
and shepherds were His first believers.

No priest knew His name,
no ruler marked His birth.
He grew among the fields,
the carpenter’s son,
the hidden Word made flesh.

For thirty years He waited —
in the quiet, in the dust,
listening to the voice within the wind.
Patience was His teacher,
time His silent companion.

Then came the wilderness.
Forty days beneath the burning sun,
forty nights beneath the whisper of serpents.
Alone — yet never forsaken.
He came out clothed in the Spirit,
with fire in His breath
and light in His hands.

He spoke truth beyond the walls of temples,
and men of law trembled.
He healed with a touch,
and the blind saw,
but the wise called Him mad.

He walked among His own —
yet they knew Him not.
He fought unseen wars:
against spirits, against sickness,
against the weight of human hearts.

Betrayed by a kiss,
abandoned by friends,
beaten beneath the laughter of the crowd,
He carried the cross — alone.

The nails sang their cruel song,
and heaven turned its face.
In darkness He entered the tomb,
the world holding its breath.

Then, on the third dawn,
light broke through stone.
The lonely Saviour rose —
death undone,
the grave unmade.

And when He ascended,
the earth stood silent.
No monument bore His plans,
no scribe recorded His dreams —
only faith remained,
and the echo of His steps
still walking through the hearts of men.

He was born where the grass kissed the sky,
where the wind spoke in the tongue of ancestors,
and the bison thundered like drums of the earth.
Each sunrise painted the plains with fire —
and the boy ran barefoot through forever.

He learned to track shadows,
to speak with rivers,
to listen to silence.
The prairie was his teacher,
the stars — his only map.

Then came the riders.
Iron hooves, smoke, and thunder.
Their laughter cut through the wind like knives.
The bison fell,
and the drums of the earth grew still.

No more food.
No more land.
No more songs for the wind to carry.

The boy stood at the edge of a dying world,
watching the past fade into dust.
His father’s bow lay silent,
his mother’s voice, a distant echo.

In the west, the cities were rising —
machines breathing, rails stretching like serpents.
He felt the pull of two worlds:
one fading, one calling.

He lifted his eyes to the endless sky.
The prairie had given him his soul,
but the future demanded his hands.

And so he walked —
not as a warrior,
not as a child —
but as a bridge between what was
and what must be.

Born beneath the trembling moon,
on a beach of whispering sand,
a single shell among the stars —
alone, I took my first breath of salt.

The sea was calling, wild and endless,
each wave a voice, each foam a hand.
Predators circled, storms were waiting,

for life, for hope, for the blue beyond.

Years became tides, and tides became roads.
I wandered a thousand silent miles,
across coral kingdoms,
beneath the passing shadows of ships and whales.

to the cradle of my beginning.
There, under stars,
I buried my eggs in warm earth,
a circle complete.

When the tide rose high, I turned once more —
the shore behind me, the vastness ahead.
Alone again, but never empty,
I slipped into the dark embrace
of the sea that never ends.
