DNS Strength Training Course – Part III has been successfully completed in Prague, Czech Republic!
Three intensive days dedicated to the highest level of DNS Strength Training – bringing together the principles and skills developed throughout Parts I and II and applying them directly to strength training practice.
Participants focused on how to assess an athlete’s movement quality during traditional strength exercises, select the appropriate DNS assessment, identify key movement limitations, and choose the optimal corrective exercise.
The course also explored how to seamlessly integrate DNS principles into strength training programming, from squats and deadlifts to pressing and pulling movements.
And we were especially happy to see the course reach full capacity. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Prague for your enthusiasm, hard work, and active participation throughout all three days.
Special thanks to our instructors Richard Ulm and Jakub Novak for sharing their expertise and bringing DNS and strength training together in practice.
Thank you for three great days in Prague!
