On 27–31 October 2025, the Master in Management Science (MIM) Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran, hosted an Academic Visit as part of the Research & Publishing Week.
The program featured Dr. Elias Hadjielias (Ph.D., FHEA), Adjunct Professor at FEB Universitas Padjadjaran and Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at Cyprus University of Technology. Throughout the week, postgraduate students participated in a series of lectures and discussions covering business research methodology, publishing in high-quality management journals, and sustainable entrepreneurial behaviors.
The sessions encouraged critical academic dialogue while strengthening participants’ understanding of research design, scholarly publication strategies, and emerging research topics in management studies. The visit also provided valuable insights to support the development of rigorous and impactful research within the MIM postgraduate community.
