1. Title/Designation: QA Lead
Job Responsibilities:
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, which includes establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases
• Lead and mentor QA team members
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
Experience: 5-8 Years
Key Skills: Manual/automated testing, establishing QA processes - .Net Framework 3.0/4.0, ASP.net, C #, MS Application Blocks, SQL Server 2005/2008 and 4+ Years of hands on experience in coding, designing/architecting browser/web based enterprise solutions
Mandatory Experience/Expert Knowledge in Areas: Developing and executing the test plan, procedures, scripts and test cases manually
Good to have Experience/Knowledge in Areas: Automated test experience
Education: Graduates/Post Graduates in Computer Science/Engineering, Science Graduates, MCA, and Professional Degrees
2. Title/Designation: Programmer (PL/SQL)
Job Responsibilities:
• Writing complex stored procedures, DDL scripts
• Peer review/fine tuning of stored procedures
• Maintaining scripts and backup for the entire application in source code management system
• On time completion/delivery of the tasks assigned
Experience: 2-4 Years
Key Skills: Microsoft Technologies – MS SQL Server 2005/2008 (OR) Oracle 9/10, PL/SQL and 2+ years of experience in writing complex Pl/SQL stored procedures for any of the RDBMS system.
Mandatory Experience/Expert Knowledge in Areas: MS SQL Server 2005/2008 (OR) Oracle 9/10 PL/SQL, writing/fine tuning complex stored procedures
Good to have Experience/Knowledge in Areas: Database design, backup/maintenance, production support
Education: Graduates/Post Graduates in Computer Science/Engineering, Science Graduates, MCA, and Professional Degrees
3. Tally Software sales marketing executive
· Male/Female
· Bachelor degree
· Sound knowledge of software sales
· Experience of min 3 years in channel sales.
· Responsible for finding new effective partner
· Very effective interpersonal skills with excellent communication both verbally and written.
· In-depth knowledge of the market and channel sales.
· Motivational and full of energy.
· Responsible for the vertical and horizontal growth of the channels in market.
· Develop and implement many different revenue enhancement scheme
