When you speak too formal, maybe it will sound "weird" for native English speakers even non-native English speakers also...

When you speak too formal, maybe it will sound "weird" for native English speakers even non-native English speakers also get confused, because they are not used to hearing it. Use common expressions which are "very often" used by native English speakers in everyday conversations so that you sound more naturally when speaking.
