In a world of eight billion souls that we roam,
In a hundred years, not one will call it home.
So why, then, inflict harm or play the foolish game,
When death awaits us all, just the same?

In simplicity lies the wisdom we seek,
To embrace love's light and remain meek.
Let go of politics, let go of strife,
And cherish the fleeting moments of this life.

For in the end, it's not power we possess,
But the kindness and love we express.
In this short existence, let ignorance depart,

Have you ever questioned who or what gets hurt or offended? It's a courgeous act to explore this without relying on preconceived notions. Our self-concept often holds contradictions. Through meditation, we realize this 'self' isnt actually there. Its a gradual process, but when we break through, there's a powerful release of tension. The cause? A Mental attachment to something that never existed.
