Celebrating the outstanding achievements of our students at the 2026 World Scholar’s Cup 2026 Bali Round!

We are incredibly proud of our scholars for their hard work, confidence, teamwork, and determination throughout the competition. From collaborative debates and writing challenges to the exciting Scholar’s Bowl and Scholar’s Challenge, our students showcased not only their academic excellence but also their creativity, communication skills, and global awareness.

The World Scholar’s Cup is one of the most popular international academic competitions among students and parents because it makes learning exciting, meaningful, and fun. Unlike traditional competitions, WSC encourages students to think critically, work collaboratively, explore global issues, and build friendships with students from around the world. Its unique mix of academics, debate, writing, and team spirit helps students grow in confidence while developing real-world skills.

We are also proud to share that ALL of our participating students have officially qualified for the next stage — the Global Round! This is a remarkable achievement and a testament to their dedication and perseverance.

Students who continue to excel in the Global Round may earn the opportunity to advance to the prestigious Tournament of Champions hosted at Yale University, where top scholars from around the world gather to compete, collaborate, and celebrate learning together.

Congratulations once again to our amazing scholars! Your hard work, resilience, and passion for learning continue to inspire our entire school community. Thank you as well to our teachers and parents for your unwavering support throughout this journey.

Libraries of Hope

This year, through our Adopt-A-School Program, Sekolah Lentera Kasih was blessed with the opportunity to support 3 SD schools and 2 SMP schools by helping build and enrich their school libraries.

What makes this initiative even more meaningful is that many of the English storybooks donated were written and published by our very own students — sharing not only books, but also their creativity, imagination, and love for learning with other children.

Throughout this academic year, our entire school community came together through various fundraising projects to raise the funds needed to purchase books, shelves, learning materials, and other items for these libraries.

We would like to sincerely thank our students, parents, teachers, staff, and sponsors for your generosity, support, and belief in this program. Your kindness has helped turn these libraries into spaces of hope, learning, and inspiration for many young learners.

We pray that these acts of service continue to shape not only the students in the local schools we support, but also our own students — teaching them compassion, gratitude, leadership, and the importance of giving back to the community.

Together, we build not only libraries, but brighter futures.

The World Mathematics Invitational (WMI) is an international mathematics competition that gathers young mathematicians from different countries to challenge their analytical thinking, creativity, and mathematical reasoning through advanced problem-solving tasks. Participating in WMI allows students to strengthen critical thinking skills, gain global exposure, and build confidence in competing on an international stage.

We are incredibly proud of our SLK athletes who represented our school in the Pekan Olahraga dan Seni Pelajar (PORSENIJAR) Kecamatan Kuta Utara. Through their passion, discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, our students showcased not only their athletic abilities but also the true spirit of sportsmanship.

This year, our students competed in Basketball, Soccer, and Lawn Tennis — proudly carrying the name of SLK with excellence and integrity.

PORSENIJAR is more than just a competition. It is one of Bali’s largest student sports and arts events that gathers talented young athletes from different schools across the region. The event serves as an important platform for identifying and developing student-athletes who may later represent their district at the provincial level. Participants are carefully selected and trained by their schools based on skill, commitment, teamwork, and performance.

Events like PORSENIJAR help students grow beyond academics by building confidence, resilience, leadership, discipline, and the ability to work together under pressure. It also teaches students the value of healthy competition and sportsmanship while creating unforgettable experiences and friendships.

Meet the stars of our June Production: Frozen – A Magical Winter Adventure!

These young performers will be bringing our main characters and speaking roles to life on stage, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch them shine.

Through this experience, our students are building confidence, developing their communication skills, practicing teamwork, and learning how to express emotions creatively. From memorizing lines to performing in front of an audience, every step is helping them grow not just as performers, but as confident learners.

We are so proud of their courage and enthusiasm—stay tuned for the magic!
