We’ve kicked off our Soft Skills Workshop Series with a thoughtful and interactive first session: Master Your Time. 🕓
While time management was at the heart of the workshop, we went beyond simply planning our days and filling our calendars. We took a closer look at how we use our time, what we choose to give our attention to, and what is truly important to us.
Through discussion and practical exercises, we explored topics such as setting boundaries, recognising our values, building better habits, making time for rest, and finding ways to work with our own rhythms rather than constantly trying to do more.
A huge thank you to our speaker, Monika Fisher, for guiding us along this journey.
And a big thank you to everyone who joined us and shared their thoughts, experiences and ideas. We hope you left with a few new perspectives — and some practical tools to make your time work better for you.
📢 And this was only the beginning! Our Soft Skills Workshop Series continues with three more sessions on public speaking, community building and intercultural communication. ❕
See you at the next one! 😊
