The projectpartners came together for the last meeting during the development phase. They worked hard, started the meeting at 9 in the almost completely dark Valladolid and finished at 19 o'clock. The results are promising, many fine-tunings and decisions were made. We are turning to the final 6 months of our cooperation.

We held our 3rd project meeting in Thessaloniki, Greece. Major steps in the development of the Personal Action Plan and the Toolbox's kick off are the most important results.

🤝✍️We held the last online meeting of this year. It was a fruitful and inspirational discussion about the Personal Action Plan's structure. 👏📲The first draft was presented; we were all delighted and are waiting for the next period when we fill it with the content. 😃

Our initiation supports the practical trainers and trainees in VET to focus on the 21st Century skills.
21st Century skills are 12 abilities that today’s students need to succeed in their careers during the Information Age.

It was a fruitful and effective transnational project meeting hosted by Olustvere Teenindus- ja Maamajanduskool in Estonia.
As a result, we agreed on the next steps of the development of the Competence Map and Inventory and also kicked off the Personal Action Plan development.
