Coffee in English last night
We had mixed tables, ladies' table, gents' table...
We met a new face and regulars, who've been absent for quite some time...
I'm so glad we had a chance to chat at last!

Wild garlic time!
I went to check how much the wild garlic leaves have grown since the beginning of the month, and yes, it's perfect timing to pick some THIS SUNDAY:))
There are small ones and big ones, but no flowers yet.
Soon I'm posting the event, so you can check in.

Coffee in English last night:)
I had an all male team yesterday- it hadn't happened for a while...
We discussed various topics: music genres such as party metal, willingness to do homework as a student, improv classes in town and so on... it was fun, as usual!
If you missed it, you missed out! Even the cakes were great- I tasted two varieties of poppy seed desserts, yummy!

No, I didn't fail my Maths exam, this is perfect calculation- keep reading!
So I was sure it'd be 4 of us on the trip and 2 people were hesitant about joining us: trying to work up the courage or fight off excuses- I'm not certain..
So I made snacks for 4, but someone cancelled due to poor health:(
I was disappointed and she should be sorry- I had to eat her pretzel too!
Anyway, we walked and we popped in my favourite café in Gárdony for a drink and well yes, some dessert, obviously...
What a great afternoon it was, what a fun way to spend half of a winter Sunday outdoors!

It's the first Walk in English trip today and as always I baked a snack for everyone, even if it might be completely unnecessary after a Sunday lunch, on our way to my favourite café in Gárdony:))

-whether we dreamt of becoming astronouts when we were kids
(spoiler: not much... boys would rather have become garbage truck drivers:)
-who our favourite teachers used to be and why
-a band named Electronic Callboy-have you ever heard of them? Not me- but a single is blaring in the background right now as I'm typing this... Well, it's great for dinamic workout sessions:)) Google them:)
Thank you Ági, András and Balázs for joining me tonight. We were sorry Niki couldn't make it- I hope the doughnuts came out just perfect dear!
And those of you who didn't hang out with us tonight: well, I can only repeat myself: you missed out! Don't make this mistake next time:)

This year only Balázs was free to join me on this event, but I'm sure he'll be there again in 2027!

Last year I started a new tradition, named
Gratis End of Year Walk in English.
Let's get outside and have a stroll around Sóstó after having all that irresistible food at Christmas!
Nothing too sporty and, yes: I'll of course bake a savoury snack to share with the participants:))
