Let's Power up!!!

🚀 Call for Participants: Training of Trainers "Power up your training with generative AI"
4–11 November 2025 | Gyumri, Armenia

International Youth Work Trainers Guild invites you to participate in the inaugural Training of Trainers organized as part of our Erasmus+ accreditation approved by the German National Agency.

Objectives:
Equip participants with the skills to critically evaluate various AI tools and platforms, enabling them to select the most appropriate technologies for their specific training needs.
Increasing competencies in designing AI-based mini-projects, supporting the implementation of training activities in the field of youth.
Foster an understanding of ethical considerations related to the AI use in youth work training context.
Support networking and international cooperation of trainers working in the field of youth.

Preliminary training programme:
Day 1: Introductions & needs analysis
Day 2: AI: myths, truths & tools
Day 3: AI ethics & tech center visits
Day 4: Hands-on workshops & peer sharing
Day 5: Apply & create – practical projects
Day 6: Networking, debrief, next steps

Please note that the programme will be adapted according to the needs and self-assessment of selected participants.

Participant Profile
This training welcomes both newcomers and experienced trainers in the youth work sector.

Who Can Apply?
Trainers/facilitators in youth work, at any experience level
Aged 18+
Good command of English
Resident of an eligible country (check list in the call)
Available for the full duration and able to dedicate at least 8 hours of preparation
Motivated to integrate AI into your training practice!

Financial Information
This course is partially co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, and therefore, most of the costs (training, meals, accommodation) will be covered.

Participation fee: €70 for non-members of the International Youth Work Trainers Guild.
In justified cases, you may request a discounted or waived fee—this should not be a barrier to your participation.

Visa costs: up to €100 per person.

Travel costs will be reimbursed based on the real costs not exceeding the lump sums based on the travel distances, in Euro:
10-99 km - 28 / Green travel - 56
100-499 km - 211 / Green travel - 285
500-1999 km - 309 / Green travel 417
2000-2999 km - 395 / Green travel 535
