What can we learn from one of Europe’s most important startup and innovation hubs? Students and faculty from the Faculty of Economics at János Neumann University sought the answer to this question during a special study trip to London. 🇬🇧

The four top-performing students in the “Chamber for Entrepreneurship” course spent several days immersed in London’s startup scene, thanks to support from the university and the Pannónia Scholarship Program. 🚀

They participated in events organized by startup support organizations, gained insight into a London pitch competition, presented their own business ideas to experts, and met with staff from University College London and the University of East London.

However, the study trip was not just about gaining experience. During the professional visits in London, collaborations and plans also took shape that could create new opportunities in Kecskemét in the future for entrepreneurial students and locals.🤝

Yesterday afternoon marked the start of the JvNU Freshman Camp, which we’re hosting in Kecskemét again this year! 🥳

More than 300 freshmen arrived to take their first steps toward college life together. The week ahead is sure to be about more than just the activities—they’ll be enriched with new experiences, friendships, shared memories, and plenty of unforgettable moments. ✨

We’re certain that for many, this week will be one of the most beautiful opening memories of their college years.🥹

🇭🇺 Ambassador Sipos was delighted to meet the students from the Hungarian John von Neumann University, who arrived to Malaysia for a 2-week-long summer camp, cultural exchange program at INTI International University 🇲🇾

The evening provided a great opportunity to exchange views on the Malaysian and Asian culture as well as on the comparison of Hungarian and Malaysian university life.

The Neumann Formula Student Team is working full steam ahead to prepare for its next challenge: the Formula Student Austria competition!🏎️

🔥During recent test days, the team put the race car’s cooling system, braking system, and the new technical solutions developed for this season through their paces under real-world conditions. Every kilometer we cover brings us closer to delivering the best possible performance on the track. In addition to the dynamic events, the team is also constantly working to perfect the static events: they’re fine-tuning our presentations for Engineering Design, Cost and Manufacturing, and Business Plan Presentation so that the team can excel both on the track and in front of the judges.
