🎓 Theory meets practice at ESSCA Budapest!
🤝 We believe education delivers the most value when classroom frameworks are tested against real-world challenges. That’s why experiential learning is at the heart of our programs.
We recently hosted Executive MBA and Full-time MBA participants from Nottingham Business School (Nottingham Trent University) for their Global Consultancy Experience. For one intensive week, students tackled live strategic dilemmas presented by leading Hungarian and international companies, pitching actionable solutions directly to executives.
🚀 The feedback was incredible: students gained vital real-world experience, and companies walked away with practical strategies—several of which are already being implemented!
Thank you to all the participating managers and students for their dedication. We are already gearing up for next year's edition!

✌️ Being good at what you do is incredibly important — but it’s not enough.
Because if you cannot show it, explain it, and stand up for it, your knowledge stays invisible. And invisible excellence rarely leads to real opportunities.
That’s why we are convinced that management knowledge and competencies are not just for managers. They are essential for everyone.
We all need to be able to assess our strengths and our gaps, understand our opportunities as well as potential risks, and consciously design a path that leads not only to performance and success, but also to personal fulfillment.
This week, at the Budapest Campus of ESSCA, we have the pleasure of hosting a group of MSc students specializing in cybersecurity from our partner school, EFREI. While designing their Learning Expedition program, we made a deliberate decision: alongside their highly specialized professional courses, we placed strong emphasis on management-related topics as well.
Our goal is simple — to equip them with a comparative and competitive advantage over peers who may be technically excellent, but less prepared to navigate the broader professional landscape. We also aim to prepare them for working in international environments because many of them will inevitably find themselves doing exactly that.
We sincerely hope this week provides them not only with valuable knowledge, but also with plenty of laughter, meaningful conversations, and moments of personal insight. Because in the end, success is not just about what we know — but how consciously and confidently we bring it to the world.
