This inspiring collaboration between the Art Departments of both campuses is a beautiful example of creativity without borders 🌍💡—brought to life by Prof. Chloe Irla in Maryland and Prof. Zsófi Görömbei in Budapest 👏

In Visting Professor Dr. Lori Hockley’s International Management class, students joined a worldwide initiative by hosting and registering a climate-focused session for the 2026 Worldwide Climate & Justice Education Month 🌱📚

Their challenge? Turning herbal waste water from a drink manufacturer into innovative, eco-friendly, and marketable products ♻️💡 — and they delivered with creativity and purpose!

Dr. Christine Hagedorn from Rosemont College (near Philadelphia, PA) joined Visiting Professor Dr. Lori Hockley’s International Management class yesterday for an inspiring guest lecture on the international monetary system and sustainable business practices 🌍💼📈 Always great to connect global perspectives with real-world insights! 🌱✨

This semester, we’re excited to welcome Dr. Lori Hockley, D.M., from McDaniel College’s Main Campus in Westminster as a visiting professor here in Budapest. 🌍

Dr. Hockley shared that her first weeks have been a wonderful experience, and she’s greatly looking forward to the exciting programs planned for the semester ahead. Her goal is to support the expansion of internship opportunities at our Budapest campus. 🚀💼

Students will have the chance to meet her at the BUA 2120 – International Management course or during one of her office hours. 📚🤝
