Many of our students come straight from work—tired, stiff, and mentally exhausted after a long day at a desk.

That's why our warm-up is much more than exercise. We mobilize the spine, loosen the hips, and prepare the body for contact, throws, and karate techniques. Good preparation helps prevent injuries and allows us to train safely and confidently.

In our adult Sh*to-Ryu Karate class, the goal is not sport karate—it is lifelong health through traditional karate practice.

No matter your age, s*x, or experience, everyone is welcome. We train seriously, support each other, laugh together, and leave feeling stronger, healthier, and refreshed.
