Danilo Türk (potentially the next UNSG?) is coming to Corvinus tomorrow. He is receiving an honourary doctorate from CUB.

Danilo Türk - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Danilo Türk (pronounced [daˈníːlɔ ˈtýrk]; born 19 February 1952) served as the President of Slovenia between December 2007 and December 2012. He is also a lawyer and diplomat. As of 2014, he is a visiting professor of law at Columbia University in New York City.

Professor Tej Pratap Singh, of Banaras Hindu University (Varanasi, India), will be here today to talk about „Re-imagining Indian Democracy in the Context of Election 2014”, at 17.00 CET, in Room 510 in CUB's new building. It is an open lecture.

She is coming to give a talk next week at Corvinus, on September 13.

In case you didn't know, Corvinus is playing host to this big-league conference from Thursday to Saturday.

PSS-ISA Joint International Conference, Budapest ISA is an association of scholars and practitioners dedicated to the study of international affairs.
