The closing of the Advanced Leadership Program was more than a celebration of a journey completed. It was a reminder that leadership development becomes even more valuable when it creates lasting connections between leaders.

This year, we were joined not only by participants completing their journey, but also by leaders who had walked this path before, creating a unique space where experiences, perspectives, and relationships continue to grow beyond the program itself.

Thank you to all participants and alumni who joined us. We are proud to see the ALP network growing into a community of leaders who continue to learn, connect, and shape the future together.

The next Advanced Leadership Program journey begins in October. If you would like to become part of this growing community, applications are now open.
Your mentors will be: Dr. Thomas Narbeshuber and György Leitner.

Don't push change. Make space for it.

Many leaders still approach change as something to drive, manage, and push through the organization.

But what if the real challenge isn't getting people to change?
What if it's creating an environment where change can emerge, take root, and sustain itself?

In the Leading Change-Ready Organizations program, we work with leaders on building what we call a changeSPACE— an organizational environment where strategy, people, processes, leadership, and systems work together to enable continuous adaptation and innovation.

Because in today's world, change is no longer a project. It's a capability.

The next journey, led by Dr. László Eszes, György Leitner, and Dr. Anita Csoma, starts on 2 July.

Interested in building a more change-ready organization?
Applications close this Wednesday.

The first Business Leadership Program of 2026 has officially begun.

Over the coming months, participants will work on real leadership challenges, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and translate insights into action through a practice-driven learning journey.

We are delighted to welcome a distinguished faculty team, including Dr. Ágnes Tóth, Dr. László Eszes, and László Aczél, who bring together extensive leadership experience and deep expertise from business and executive development.

The opening camp was further enriched by a guest session from Jay Liebowitz, faculty member at Corvinus University, whose contribution added valuable perspectives to the discussions and learning experience.

We look forward to the conversations, challenges, and growth that will emerge throughout this journey.

A new chapter in executive education has begun. 🎉

With the integration of SEED into Corvinus University, Corvinus–SEED has become Hungary’s first university-based executive school — bringing together academic excellence and executive practice in a way that has long been established across leading institutions in the region.

As Dr. László Eszes, Head of Corvinus–SEED, explains, this milestone marks a new era for executive education in Hungary and the wider CEE region.

Our mission remains clear: to develop leaders, professionals, and organizations through learning experiences that translate into real capability development, stronger decisions, and lasting impact.

Why are so many organizations still struggling to turn AI potential into business value?
Our survey suggests the challenge is not access to technology.

Organizations are already experimenting with AI and building stronger data capabilities.📊
The bigger challenge is organizational readiness: aligning leaders, developing capabilities, redesigning processes, and turning isolated AI initiatives into sustainable business impact.

In other words, the next stage of AI transformation is not primarily technological. It is organizational.

🚀This is exactly why we created the Leading AI- & Data-Driven Organizations program, led by Krisztián Kurtisz and Dr. László Sabjányi, to help leaders move from experimentation to ex*****on and from potential to measurable impact.

Leadership can be rewarding, but it can also be lonely.

Many women leaders face similar challenges: navigating difficult decisions, balancing competing expectations, and finding their own authentic leadership style. Yet few have a trusted peer community where they can openly reflect, gain perspective, and learn from others who truly understand the journey.

Led by Dr. Anita Csoma, the Aspiring Women Leaders Program brings together ambitious women who want to grow their confidence, strengthen their leadership presence, and learn from one another.

Most organizations already know innovation matters.
The harder challenge is turning ideas into ex*****on, balancing experimentation with discipline, aligning stakeholders, and sustaining innovation over time.

Innovation leaders understand that innovation is not about choosing between creativity and accountability, or between experimentation and ex*****on. It is about leading through these tensions and creating the conditions for innovation to deliver real business impact.

That is exactly what the Innovation Strategist Program is designed to develop.
Led by Dr. Anita Csoma, the program helps leaders strengthen the capabilities needed to drive innovation in complex organizations — from fostering psychological safety and honest feedback to building accountability, strategic focus, and sustainable momentum.

🎯 Take the opportunity to strengthen your innovation leadership capabilities and learn how to turn ideas into sustainable business impact.
Applications are open until 11 June 2026.

At Corvinus–SEED, we believe executive development must reflect the real challenges leaders and organizations face.

Based on feedback we received, we have reshaped the Transformation Edge modular program into focused executive journeys that better reflect the transformation priorities leaders face today.

We are proud to introduce the first of these renewed executive journeys:

🚀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜- & 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

An executive program designed to help leaders turn AI and data into real organizational capability and measurable business impact.

Because the real competitive advantage is no longer access to technology — but the ability to turn it into organizational action.

The journey combines:
• AI-driven business development
• Data-driven organizational capability
• Executive perspectives and real business application
• Mentoring around participants’ own transformation challenges

Led by experienced executives including:
Krisztián Kurtisz, CEO of UNIQA
Dr. László Sabjányi, former BCG Partner and former CEO of Wolt & Bolt

✨ More information about the other Transformation journeys coming soon.

Women are often praised for being supportive, detail-oriented, and always available at work.

But what happens when those same strengths become barriers to senior leadership?

Dr. Anita Csoma calls it the “Mother Hen Syndrome.”

Many women leaders become indispensable to their teams — yet invisible when it comes to strategic leadership opportunities.

There is a shift that is required, but it is not about caring less.
It’s about making space for:

✨ strategic thinking
✨ visibility
✨ delegation
✨ career design

Read the full insight to explore how women leaders can balance empathy with strategic growth and break through the invisible barriers holding them back.
