What difference does AI make when the answers you need are hidden across years of data, emails and operational information?

At Camp 2 of our Leading AI- & Data-Driven Organizations program, led by Krisztián Kurtisz and Dr. László Sabjányi, participants experienced exactly that through a hands-on business simulation developed with our partner, Intuitech.

They stepped into Corvina, a virtual bag company facing declining profits and falling customer satisfaction. Working in four teams — management, production, back office and customer service — their task was to uncover what was behind the problems.

First, they worked without AI and experienced just how difficult it can be to navigate large amounts of information and identify what really matters.

Then they approached the same situation with an AI assistant. The difference became tangible: navigating the data, connecting information and uncovering relevant insights became significantly easier. Finally, participants took it one step further by building their own mini AI agents.

The exercise wasn’t simply about doing the same work faster. It demonstrated how AI can change the way we navigate information, investigate complex business problems and turn data into actionable insights.

A milestone worth celebrating. 🎓🌍

Different backgrounds. Different experiences. More shared challenges than you might expect.

Last week, the CLASS VI of our Aspiring Women Leaders program came together for Camp 1; the beginning of an 81-day leadership journey.

The first camp is about looking inward before looking forward: exploring the experiences that have shaped us, understanding our leadership DNA, reflecting on our values and motivations, and becoming more intentional about the kind of leader we want to be.

We were also delighted to welcome Ágnes Tóth for a guest session around a simple but powerful idea: Control What You Can. In a world where so much competes for our attention and energy, her message was a timely reminder to focus on where we can make choices, take action and create impact.

And, as always, some of the richest learning happened between the sessions: through honest conversations, shared experiences and the realization that challenges that can feel very personal are often far more universal than we think.

Led by Anita Csoma, PhD and Fanni Makrai, Camp 1 is complete. The journey, however, has only just begun.

Next stop: Camp 2, where the focus will be amplifying influence and shaping the future.
