We had the pleasure of hosting our valued partners from across the globe to the International Business School - Partners' Conference 2026.

The conference was filled with meaningful conversations, new perspectives, and fresh opportunities strengthening existing relationships while building new ones. Together, we explored the future of global higher education, exchanged best practices, and reaffirmed our commitment to creating impactful opportunities for students.

IBS was honoured to present at the Embassy of Hungary in Vienna during the visit of the Association of Educational Service Agencies (AESA), where educators and school district leaders from across the United States gathered to explore international education opportunities.

The presentation was delivered by Dr. Balázs Szigeti, Deputy Head of the Centre for Education and Research, together with IBS student Gábor Mitták, combining academic leadership with a student perspective. They highlighted what makes English-language education in Hungary unique and how an international learning environment helps students develop the confidence, skills, and global mindset needed for the future.

A sincere thank you to the Embassy of Hungary in Vienna and AESA for the invitation and warm hospitality. We look forward to continuing these valuable conversations and building new international partnerships.

We organized a conference in Kenya, bringing together key education partners and prospective collaborators to explore new opportunities in global education.

Mr. Laszlo Lendvai, Pro-Rector, Head of Marketing and Admissions, and Ms. Anjum Khan, Regional Manager, represented IBS at the event.

The conference featured engaging discussions on the future of higher education, international mobility, and the growing demand for globally recognized degree programs, marking an important milestone in IBS's African outreach strategy.

We recently hosted a webinar for our partners, focused on providing comprehensive updates and guidance related to the admissions process.

During the session, Mr. Laszlo Lendvai, Pro-Rector, Head of Marketing and Admissions, and Ms. Anjum Khan Regional Manager covered key admission requirements, application procedures, important deadlines. Please note that the second-round application deadline for the September intake has been extended until 31 July!

At our first AI Demo Day, selected student teams shared AI projects tackling real business problems, showing how technology can actually improve everyday work. The ideas ranged from CV screening and candidate ranking to email personalization, onboarding tools, and workflow automation: all practical, relevant, and well put together.

Days like this are a good reminder that AI education isn’t just about learning tools, but about rethinking how businesses work.

A great afternoon with motivated students, strong presentations, and some really interesting conversations about the future of work! 🎯

As part of the Challenges in Developmental Psychology module, our psychology students visited Hospice House Budapest.

The visit gave us the chance to speak openly about topics that are often difficult to talk about: illness, loss, emotional support, and the importance of human connection. It was a meaningful experience for our students to see how much compassion and presence can matter during the final stage of life.

We would like to thank the team at Hospice House for welcoming us and for sharing more about their everyday work and mission.
