🌱 We are strengthening agricultural skills in Africa

Last week, agricultural trainers gathered at Rundu Vocational Training Centre for a Training of Trainers in Agriculture organised under the PRO-S – PROmoting Sustainability and Innovation in Agricultural TVET Through Cross-sectoral Cooperation project.

Delivered by experts from the Magyar Agrár- és Élettudományi Egyetem, the programme combined practical workshops and knowledge sharing on food security, sustainability, agro-economics, value addition, precision agriculture, and drone applications. 🚜

More than a training course, the programme empowered local trainers with practical knowledge and modern teaching approaches they can transfer to future generations of agricultural professionals—helping them address challenges such as climate change, food security, and the evolving needs of the agricultural sector.

This is capacity building in action: connecting expertise, strengthening local skills, and creating lasting impact through international cooperation. 🌍🤝
