🇭🇺 Today, Hungarian National Day is celebrated in Hungary. This day marks the beginning of the Hungarian Revolution of 1848 - a movement led by students, writers, and citizens who demanded freedom and national independence.
On the 15th of March, as Hungarians commemorate and celebrate this day, many public events are held across the country. Many museums also offer free entry, allowing people to explore Hungarian history and celebrate the nation’s heritage.

A meeting of cultures in one afternoon!
The ELTE TáTK HÖK and Culture Club are organizing Culture Day, where different countries and traditions from around the world will move to the university for one day!
If you are curious about the music, dances, and tastes of other cultures, or you simply want a special, international atmosphere program, this is the place for you!

We are happy to announce that we’re opening applications for 3 new Culture Club Leaders — and students from all levels of study are welcome to apply!
If you’re ready to take initiative, manage real projects, coordinate events, support volunteers, and help shape the future of the Culture Club (including the largest student-led conference at TÁTK), this is your moment.
As a Leader, you’ll gain hands-on experience in organization, communication, teamwork, and project management, with full support from the Culture Club’s backbone and internal structure. You’ll also receive an official certificate at the end of your term.
