Az auditor munkája nem csak a szabványok ismeretéről szól. A valódi kihívás az, hogyan szerzünk információt, és hogyan kommunikáljuk az audit eredményét úgy, hogy az valódi változást indítson el.
A 2026-os évben ezért a klub tematikáját a kommunikáció szemszögéből építettük fel – hidat teremtve a szabvány és a valóság között.

A kérdezéstechnika pszichológiája – Információgyűjtés
„Kérdezz, ne vallass! A szakmai párbeszéd ereje.”
Beszélünk többek között arról:
- Hogyan lehet hatékony kérdésekkel valódi információhoz jutni audit során
- Mikor válik a kérdezés vallatássá
- Hogyan alakítható ki bizalmi légkör az auditált féllel
- Milyen kommunikációs technikák segítik az auditor munkáját
