Kedveseim,
🔚 Elérkezett az idő, hogy elmenjek egy hosszabb szabadságra.
Jövő héttől, már nem lesznek jógaóráim.
Akinek van kedve még utoljára Ashtangázni velem a Yoga Labor Studioban, a ma esti órámra még be tud jelentkezni. 🧘🏻♀️
☝🏻 Viszont nem szeretnélek teljesen jóga nélkül hagyni titeket! A nyár folyamán figyeljétek a posztjaimat, tervezek 1-2 szabadtéri órát tartani. Aki szemfüles, azzal még biztosan találkozni fogunk! 🤍

The only thing you can control in life is your breath. 🍃
When you have a lot going on in your mind, take your awareness to your breath, trust and remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.
From the outside yoga may only seem like it consist of poses and asanas, but breathing is the key component of all yoga practices, represent only a single fraction of the whole piece that is yoga.
When focusing on the breath during our asana practice, we become aware of the breath. It’s in that moment when we are aware that the magic starts to happen. The mind will become quieter and a calm awareness arises.

POSTURE 🤸🏻♀️
Do not forget behind every body posture, not only with yoga asanas, come emotions.
Some will make you feel powerful (warrior pose ?), some will make you feel more compassionate (heart opener ?), some will make you feel vulnerable, some will make you doubtful, some angry… from that whenever you need to fight certain negative emotions do not forget you get a counter posture you can adopt.
Via your own body you can trigger positive effects on your feelings. Just putting on your face even a simple smile will help you a long way in sad times. Try it!
It feels wired at first but it does work for me 🤍

How will you ever know if you are capable of the thing if you do not even go there?
Within asana I surprise myself daily and it builds my confidence on the mat. I find this is also happening in my teaching as well as my life off the mat.
I am not letting fear get in the way, I am taking/going for opportunities, growing and excited by the challenges. Other people’s input can help or hinder but really it is my own belief in my abilities that matters most to me.
If I feel it is right, I am going there.

The people in your life who truly matter will never admonish you for changing.
Instead, they will build you up;
they will inspire and motivate you.
They will understand that you are striving to be more for yourself, and they will admire you for that; because at the end of day, change is something you should never be ashamed of. You do not owe anyone an apology for changing.
You do not owe anyone an apology for being different than you were a year ago, for wanting new things.
Remember, growth is a direction, not a destination- so follow it ruthlessly; give yourself permission to be who you have always wanted to be.
