Come learn how to make a 3 course Haitian meal in a private home then sit back, unwind with good food in the cool breeze of the mountain and make new friends. Discover the flavors of our unique Caribbean cuisine with fresh, locally grown products picked carefully for your enjoyment by the owner who will teach you personally in a relaxed and refined environment the art of Haitian cooking.
You will be greeted with a Haitian Rhum Punch, prep and cook and then the best part ... eat and drink ! You will go home with some goodies and all the recipes will be sent to you.
