"My family member underwent a second transplant. While many nurses on the fourth floor provided excellent care, one nurse stood out — Lauren. Our family member's journey was tough, and as days turned into months, it became clear they wouldn't win the battle. In the final hours, Lauren ensured our family member was comfortable, free from anxiety or pain, and surrounded by love."⁠
