…..Somebody has high thoughts of themselves today.

Let’s check a definition;

‘A good person’ is someone who consistently tries to act with kindness, honesty, fairness, and respect for others, while taking responsibility for their actions

Sorry buddy; you failed on all accounts.

…but you did make me laugh 😂

Today marks 10 months without as much as a peep from or about you my little love. How you must miss you father, like I miss you can’t be explained in logic, and your mother will have a lot to explain to you one day. You father certainly will when the time is right, and you feel you need to know.

Forget the lawlessness around it, this is pure manipulation and negligence of a young child’s life. How can any parent do this to a loving child?! How can a system who declare themselves a lawful functioning state put their name to this?

With a bit of research, it’s clear Croatia is known to treat people like this unfortunately. There have been several complaints from EU over the years about the utter neglect of children, who they claim they’re here to protect.

It’s worth knowing these details before making your trip to Croatia more than just a holiday retreat.

To my loving little girl - your dad is thinking about you every single day. Loves you to the moon and back, and we will get our chance and there’s not a single thing anyone can do about that! It’s just a question of time….

Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) guarantees your right to;

1) respect for private and family life, your home, and your correspondence.

2) It protects your personal autonomy, dignity, and relationships from arbitrary interference by public authorities.
Understanding this right involves several key concepts:

3) Private Life: Protects your physical and psychological integrity, personal sexuality, and your right to establish and develop relationships with other human beings.

4) Family Life: Ensures you can enjoy family relationships without unjustified state interference.

5) Home: Guarantees the peaceful enjoyment of your living space, protecting it from unlawful searches or forced evictions.

6) Correspondence: Ensures your communications (mail, phone calls, and digital messages) remain.

All of which the Croatian court don’t abide by.

Does Croatian law only apply to Croats - in other words, does NO law apply to Croats as long as the defended is foreign? We will soon find out….

A Double life

The Underlying Motivations:

‘People usually lead double lives out of a desire for escape, control, or gratification. It is often driven by deeply rooted personal insecurities, a fear of judgment, unresolved trauma, or personality disorders (such as extreme narcissism) that allow the person to prioritize their own needs without genuine empathy for their partner or friends. ‘ (internet)

Wow!, Big pill to swallow on a Saturday morning…

It’s hard not to conclude, that anyone who has a friend this promiscuous AND has a husband / boyfriend, should probably take a tour down memory lane, and ask oneself: was my promiscuous friend ever alone with my husband or boyfriend?

Who says is just her own man she’s cheating and not also friends being back stabbed?

The lucky eks husband who found this message in his eks’ diary, is only left with questions such as:

A. why was this detail written in English in her diary?
B. was it her intend for him to find it, as this was the only thing left behind?

Pretty scary stuff! - Some may even call it sick.

Definition of psychotic behavior…

Psychosis is not a single illness itself, but a symptom or cluster of symptoms, under which delusions and distorted perceptions of reality often take part. Take delusions for instance; Delusions are strongly held false beliefs despite clear evidence to the contrary, whereas; Distorted perception of reality is difficulty distinguishing what is real from what is imagined or internally experienced. Both of which the internet clearly define as: Psychosis.

Say for instance, if someone is demanding a witness statement from someone, knowing they’ve committed a crime - and the culprits believe, that all the evidence of his or her crimes lye in a witness statement; can often be seen as delusional; and therefore form part of a psychosis. In the end of the day, such people need more luck than understanding going through life…

Hearing it from the horse’s mouth;

Is a phrase used in relation to obtaining information directly from the highest authority or the person most directly involved, rather than through rumors, hearsay, or second-hand sources.

Bon appetite…

A little ‘story’ to fighting fathers..

In May 2024 a mother to a little girl of 5, decide to have a relationship behind her husband’s back with one of his friends.

This friend calls the father to arrange a meet up, but not as a friend would normally do, but to strip him of information about his partner, with whom the friend is engaging with, behind his friend’s back.

One of those meetings he arrange (in joint agreement with the mother of course, but of course excluded her) is on
24th of January 2025. The mother is fully aware of every intent her lover has - down to the last detail. That includes drugging the father to her child, to frame the father, so the two can run off into the sunset, along with the father’s child.

The lover meets the father (as friends do) - spikes the father’s drink with whatever drug, and proceeds into an interrogation like conversation about his relationship with his ‘wife’. The intent is to inflict damage to the father, while seeking beneficial information for himself, that he can bring along for his future journey with the mother. There’s nothing like good advice..

The father of course realizes immediately, that something is up, and reply with an answer to the friend: Are you fu***ng my wife?!

The spineless coward of a friend throws his hands in the air denyingly and says: I could never…. You’re my friend. But the lover abruptly decides to leave the premises immediately, but it’s too late at this point. ‘The penny has dropped’

The father then decides, to contact the mother upon his return to his home, and when the mother is confronted with the question about the friend, she decides to hang up the phone and block the father from further contact.

The father falls asleep, wakes up hours later, and remembers that he has promised his daughter to deliver her favorite teddy bear, she’d forgotten at daddy’s place the day before.

So the father decides to deliver it as per his promise to his daughter. Upon arrival, the father gives his daughter the teddy bear, and seeks answers. The mother stares at the floor and when gestured to provide eye contact, the mother enters into a frenzy. A panic sets in, as if the mother only now realizes her own behavior. But as many
mothers do in those circumstances, is to react, as if, what right the father has to confront the mother with a question like that?! We see that everywhere…

So of course, her only line of defense at this point, is an attack. And what better defense, than to accuse the father of violence. An attack of life and death. Not just there and then, but under several occasions. A permanent abuse. Something that’s gone on for years. An illusion.

The mother has now gone into a full blown attack, seeks to throw the father in prison at all cost, for an offense and a lie that is purely made up.

Her problem is evidence to back up her lie of course, so she decides with the lover (the father friend) to provide the lover with the father’s passwords for his iPhone. In it, is damming evidence of her lies, and she knows it.

They work together as a team, to enter the fathers Iphone via iCloud and delete up to 30 screenshots, long conversations going back 3 years - so a picture is HOPEFULLY painted, and their plan hold water in court. Because, at this point, it is all about getting rid of the father. It’s not about the child’s needs. It never was and it never will be. It is about getting rid of someone entirely so the truth is never exposed. It’s about not getting caught - no matter the cost. No matter the truth. No matter the child.

In conclusion:

The father, who is foreign to the country the mother is from, decides to stay. Fight for his rights to the child, the truth - but the mother? - she runs. She runs away and hides. She’s fully aware of what she has done, but at this point, there’s no return. She’s got to TRY!!! and follow it to the door. It’s about control and hopefully to convince her family and the very VERY few friends she has, about the lies and crimes, she has willingly engaged herself into. It’s about not losing face.

Many fathers would run, leave, be afraid of a stack of lies, the system, the courts - yes, the level of false accusations combined with the extreme crime committed against him at this point. But, there comes a time for a father in a situation like this, where he becomes thankful. Relieved that it has all come to an end.

The affair, the friend, the mother becomes irrelevant - in fact, the laughing joke.

The shock eventually settles, and life moves on and a deeper evaluation sets in. Let’s face it, the extend of underlying, planning and crime committed here, would make most men throw in the towel, but what about the child? Who thinks about the little child stuck innocently in the mess?

This father doesn’t run, he refuses. Had there been any truth to ANY of the mother’s claims, he probably would. But from the truth, no matter what banana republic he lives in - No!

The truth always finds a way to resurface. Even if battles are lost in the short run - the war is always won and taxes will be claimed. And it shall be here too. Children grow, and eventually the penny drops for them as well. What then?

So to all fathers out there battling the right to see your children - never give up. Your children don’t, so why should you. The so called ‘equal rights’ are not equal at all and the terminology is therefore wrong.

If you come to Croatia as a foreigner, keep your d # # # in your pants and ensure you leave again. Don’t end up like this father.

Recommendation: if one should be so unlucky to get into a similar situation like this one, make sure:

Gather evidence, and place it where only you have access to it. Where no hacking of your privacy is possible, and make use of legally attained private investigators. It will eventually come in handy - and THAT I am sure of!

So Godspeed to the fighting fathers out there, and remember, you’re not alone…

Child abduction is a real thing. Even within the EU in countries such as Croatia.

Regardless, whether it’s against the law under equal parental rights, the system here is so inefficient and is lacking so much structure, that it completely neglect the person that’s supposed to protect, namely the child.

This story is no different.

Time passes and irrespective of whether contact is made to both court, police or the Social Services - there is a complete negligence in willingness to act.

One should bear that into consideration when coming to Croatia.
