Hvala HORUS projektu, Medicinskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Rijeci, svim voditeljima i kolegama.
Veselim se sljedećem terminu, vidimo se u lipnju!

Today I had the honour to hold the space for and with these mindblowing elders.
What a privilege to be in the dance together, to hear their stories and share a bit of the medicine I carry, to be met with so much love and to set the fance floor on fire! 🔥❤️
Thank you to HORIZON EUROPE – Health Outcomes from Raised Urban Settings (HORUS) project, Faculty of Medicine and to incredible facilitators and colleagues.
Looking forward to the next session, see you in June!

Grateful beyond words for this time in South Africa. Friends and family, dancing, first Ecstasis in Cape Town, and then Phoenix Rising in Garden Route… Mama Africa gifting us so much…
Such an honour to come here again, to support with his profound medicine, even more profound as years go by… such a joy to be with my sister, my family , with all the incredible friends here, old and new, to weave and dance and be in ceremonies together, and to be in this astonishing dance of reciprocity, of giving and receiving at the same time.
And the dance continues… see you next year! @❤️🐆🐘🦒🐍🦓🌍

MotherLand being so good to me ❤️ still in Africa, as always having the time of my life. What a blessing to be here, with my dear dear friends, old and new, doing what I love, meeting the incredible people of these lands, listening, learning, dancing, praying, drinking in.
So much wisdom that the earth here carries, so much knowledge and beauty of the peoples of the rainbow nation. So much strenght in the nature, the animal peoples and tree peoples and ocean peoples, my heart feels it will explode at moments ❤️
We had a deep ceremony with Yaacov Darling Khan yesterday, Phoenix as a teacher of death and rebirth, the cycle we go through so many times in our lives.
One more day of dancing here, then family time and then home for a moment.
See you on the dance floor in Zagreb next friday, hopefully I will be bringing some of this beauty there.

A few weeks ago I had one of the most beautiful and liberating experiences of teaching Movement Medicine. Holding a whole AP module together with my dear friend Anna Sierpowska - Movement Medicine, Metoda Lowena, Bodywork, with no laptop, playing music just from my phone.
Definitely one of the strongest and most beautiful experiences teaching Movement Medicine.
I shared how that was for me here:

I left home when I was 16. I felt the pull to move, to see, to learn, to taste. I spent the days exploring the English land and nights reading Shakespeare, and Carver and Tennessee Williams. I knew leaving home ment to be changed forever but I was thirsty for the poetry of Life.
Years were passing by and Croatia became the land that I love, the place where I come from, the pit stop in between as my soul was following the golden thread of places that call me, nourish me, and teach me, breathing it all in, being touched, and broken down, and put together over and over again. There was a time home was neither here not there.
I remember the moment of choice, of neither, becoming either, of learning patience and trust, knowing that there will come a time when what is and what was will not be the same of what will be.
These days I feel a different kind of thirst. The one for listening deeply, for showing up in my life even more, for loving even more, for rooting down even more, for finding a piece of land that is calling my name. These days I feel that many cycles have come to completion, that my commitments to where I come from have finished, and that I am ready to go.
I keep the same prayer I have had for many years in the center of my heart, the one for my family, not only for the ones that came before me, but hopefully for the ones that will come after me.
I dance for it, I breathe with it, I give it all I’ve got, and I let it go…
