What an amazing week it was at the 20th edition of the Tamburi Mundi Festival in Freiburg!
Incredible workshops and concerts filled our hearts, spirits, and bodies with joy. Huge congratulations to Murat Coskun and a big thank you to the entire Tamburi Mundi team for the top-notch organization, delicious food, and warm hospitality.

This year was special for us—Brainframe took part in the instruments fair for the first time, and it was a blast! We made many new connections and friendships, and we’re truly honored by how many visitors and renowned musicians recognized the quality of our drums. That kind of feedback fuels us with inspiration and motivation for the future.

We recently crafted a heavy duty custom-made tapan drum with a deep and harmonious sound!

The workshop and concert of Andrea Piccioni Music in Zagreb were a huge success that left participants and visitors wanting more.

Now we look towards another wonderful event, this weekend in Zagreb, when we will have a wonderful opportunity to learn from the great djembe musician Bassidi Koné!

We recently tuned the Undabot company team with a firing drumming teambuilding session — look at their happy faces and loose legs, efficiency will be flowing in the aftermath!

This December we will be hosting another drumming virtuoso in Zagreb, this time the legendary djembé player Bassidi Koné from Mali, Africa!

Percussionist, balafon player and oral historian, driven by the desire to preserve his rich Malian heritage and origins has built an international career with his longstanding, multi-instrumental percussion and dance troupe Bwazan Mali. With shows and teaching engagements in the US, Australia and Japan, Bassidi has become a synonyme for the art and craft of playing djembé.

Second time in Zagreb, we will have a valuable opportunity to learn about beat, melody and vibrant musical traditions of the West African origin. And play some good djembé in the cold pre-Christmas days!
