✨ Could preterm birth be part of an evolutionary plan?

Humans already give birth earlier than most animals—our big brains and narrow hips kind of forced it. But when babies come too early, is it biology trying to help... or just getting it wrong?

Maybe it’s not just a medical issue—but also an ancient survival strategy.

Endometriosis is more than a painful menstruation periods 11/05/2025

Endometriosis is more than painful periods. It’s a complex, chronic condition with deep evolutionary, hormonal, and lifestyle roots.

In my latest article, I explore why endometriosis and PCOS aren't just medical diagnoses, but reproductive strategies shaped by ancient biology, now mismatched with modern life.

We often think we know the answers, diet, exercise, hormones, but the truth is more layered. Real healing starts with understanding.

What Exactly Is the Gap in “Close the Gap” When Setting Goals? 06/05/2025

What does it really mean to “close the gap”?

Lately, it seems like everyone is talking about , , and “acting like you already have it.” But many chase goals without understanding their minds, their patterns, or even themselves.

I’ve learned—from experts in psychology, from my own experience, and especially from my failures—that “closing the gap” isn’t about pretending. It’s about becoming.
It’s not about looking rich today, but about growing into the version of you who can sustain that life.

It means knowing who you are, what holds you back, and what you truly want.
It means taking real steps—learning, connecting, healing, showing up.

If you want to explore this deeper, I recommend reading Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman. It changed how I see the way we act on goals. Link to the book

Let’s stop pretending. Let’s start understanding. That’s where real change begins.

More about in my new blog!

What Exactly Is the Gap in “Close the Gap” When Setting Goals? Do we really know what closing the gap really means when setting the goals? Do we really understand that it is not about pretanding but rather growing?

Today is the World Earth day 🌎🌍🌏🌞🌿☘️

22/04/2025

Brings two very important facts that are also very obvious ones.

The Earth is round (despite some opinions), but it’s round, and therefore everything is connected. What is happening up also affects down and what is happening on left side also affects right side. So, people globally should stop thinking “if it’s in neighbour garden it will not affect us” because it really will.

Second fact, except the Earth is round, the Eaeth is also simple. At least it is should be considered simple by everyone except scientists. The reason - simplicity makes better understanding. The point is, Earth has its own speed, way, atmosphere, winds, areas that are specific type based on Sun exposure and wind, and oceans, and land. We all know about them and it is considered simple knowledge about Earth. Therefore, each time someone thinks of simplicity should also think, how is possible to make such a simple place such a mess , at least currently? If it is hard to respect simple futures of Earth, how can it be possible to respect more complex one, even if complex one would be known.

is a key factor in pregnancy complications, affecting fetal development and increasing the risk of conditions like (IUGR) and . As part of my research at Groningen University, I have been exploring placental insufficiency not just from a clinical perspective but also through an .

In my latest work, I examine how genetic mutations, maternal-fetal conflicts, and environmental mismatches contribute to placental dysfunction. Interestingly, the human placenta is more invasive than in most other mammals, likely due to the high nutrient demands of brain development. However, this aggressive invasion also makes pregnancy uniquely vulnerable to complications. My writing delves into how maternal age, lifestyle factors, and even ancient evolutionary adaptations influence pregnancy outcomes today.

By understanding placental insufficiency in a broader context, beyond just modern risk factors, we can improve treatments, explore genetic and epigenetic interventions, and even refine future reproductive technologies like artificial wombs.

Looking forward to sharing more insights on this fascinating topic!
