We have found new friend, Sandy Munro at Tesla Takeover in Flachau Austria.
What we did 3 years ago was once claimed impossible - opening Model S module without destroying structure integrity, keeping original clamshells - fuses -terminal plates so we can change 1 cell or all cells and keep Model S on the road for next 50 years. Accidentally we myth-busted Sandy because he claimed it impossible but this day opens new opportunity for both companies. Thanks for your efforts Sandy and see you soon.

Genau hier setzt EV Clinic an.

STELLANTIS: an error on healthy cells costs you 9,000 €
After a crash (not all of them), Stellantis locks the battery with a P1069 or P106A fault and the description "Third level of traction battery failure." A fault with no concrete publicly available service bulletin, a fault that not even authorized service centers can explain.

Back in 2022 one eJumpy with 1,600 km and this exact fault: warranty denied, an immobile vehicle that until now we never managed to fix. The only option on offer was replacing the entire battery system, because replacing the BMS isn't possible.

Now, after almost 4 years, having gone deep into the digital forensics of their systems and similar ones, we've found where the fault actually lives: in 114 data blocks with 114 individual checksum locations. In parallel we're working on an e-C4 with a denied warranty, alongside that old project. We exported every bit of data we could and we're validating our ultra-complex algorithm for hunting down crash flags, so we can save owners a 10,000 € bill.

This fault that sits in their system also shows up without any crash, like with the Mahle DCDC/OBC unit mentioned above: when it burns out and internally shorts, the BMS locks. That's exactly why we never even touched the Mahle OBC, because after a repair the fault can come back. We had a case where the OBC burned out again, damaged the HV cable to the battery, and damaged the battery itself. One of the reasons OBC repair is very risky if you come in too late and ignore the intermittent dropouts.

But now we have a solution for that potential problem too.

Coming online soon: the Stellantis TC275 BMU Editor, for all our branches and other 3rd party partners working these systems at scale, so a factory fault doesn't end up being your 15,000 € liability.

You read the processor's DFLASH, upload it, click edit, save the new MOD, write the new file back, and the vehicle forgets it was ever faulty and that it's a Stellantis.

🇭🇷🇭🇷🇭🇷-—————————🇭🇷🇭🇷🇭🇷

Sad, nakon skoro 4 godine, otkako smo duboko ušli u digitalnu forenziku njihovih i sličnih sustava, uspjeli smo naći gdje greška sjedi: u 114 data blokova s pojedinačnih 114 checksum lokacija. Paralelno radimo i jedan e-C4 s odbijenom garancijom, uz onaj stari projekt.

Generated CO2: at ~100,000 affected vehicles (½ batteries, ⅓ OBC), that's roughly 230,000 t CO2 — about a full year of tailpipe emissions from 50,000 cars.

v2.42.0 — 18 May 2026
Smarter battery anomaly detection. Two-tier severity (mild vs. critical) replaces the previous all-or-nothing flagging. Reduces false positives on modules that look slightly off but are actually healthy.
Unified reference values. Per-module and summary readouts now use the same baseline, so the numbers you see in different parts of the report no longer disagree.
“View Certificate” link in admin. Open the public verification page of any issued certificate directly from the admin list — one click, new tab.
v2.41.1 — 18 May 2026
Clearer healthy-pack confirmation. When no battery anomalies are detected, the summary now reads “cell health assessed as GOOD” instead of a generic “no anomalies”.
v2.41.0 — 18 May 2026
Automated battery anomaly analysis. New summary card under the module grid lists every issue found, colour-coded by severity, and feeds the Battery Health Score on the cover page.
Visual highlighting. Flagged modules get a red tint and border; problem cells inside them are deeper red. Healthy packs show a green confirmation card.
v2.40.x series — 18 May 2026
Better-fitting Battery Details page. Several iterations to get font sizes, column widths and module spacing right so the page is readable both on screen and on print, with all 16 modules on a single A4 sheet.
Right column mirrored. Info panels face the outer edges, cells face the centre — matches the layout of the live BMS view and is easier to scan.
Larger cell numbers and voltages, repositioned so longer values no longer overlap the cell index.
v2.39.x series — 18 May 2026
Battery type detected automatically as part of the report flow. No more separate “Detect Battery” button — generation handles it. If detection fails, you’re asked once to pick the pack capacity and the flow continues.
Live progress display. Step-by-step status (1/8, 2/8…), an animated progress bar and an elapsed-time counter replace the static “please wait” message.
Pre-flight warning. Reminds you to switch the vehicle on and unlock the gateway before clicking Generate.
Fixed elapsed timer. The counter no longer freezes around the one-minute mark.
Cells now fill their module panels — no more dead space at the bottom of each module strip.
Upper-deck modules slightly wider for better proportions.
v2.38.x series — 16–18 May 2026
Battery Details rebuilt to match the live BMS view. Same module layout, same cell visualisation, same colour coding — so what you see on screen during diagnostics matches what’s printed on the customer’s certificate.
Print palette tuned for paper. Soft blues and ambers replace bright on-screen colours so the report looks clean both on screen and printed.
Temperature data removed where unreliable. The page no longer shows temperature fields when the vehicle isn’t reliably reporting them — avoids confusing “blank” cells.
v2.37.0 — 16 May 2026
Battery Details now spans the full page width. Previously squeezed into half the layout.
Real progress UI during report generation. Animated progress bar, live step count and elapsed timer.
v2.36.x series — 16 May 2026
Cleaner BMS interface. Removed technical jargon and internal references from sub-tab descriptions that weren’t useful to the technician.
Battery Details page renamed and rebuilt. Module layout now mirrors the physical Model S pack (upper deck on top, main deck in two columns, left and right separated by a central gap).
Developer tools hidden behind access control. Advanced developer sub-tabs no longer clutter the main workflow.
v2.35.0 — 16 May 2026
Longer “listening” window during report generation. Slow vehicle data now has up to 70 seconds to arrive (previously ~2.5 seconds), so reports capture significantly more detail per run.
Co-existence with live BMS view. Running a report while the BMS view is already streaming no longer interrupts either.
v2.34.0 — 16 May 2026
Full BMS pack health page in every Car Health Report. All 96 cells visualised in print-friendly form alongside their capacities, on a dedicated A4 page.
Per-cell capacity readouts alongside voltages.
Soft colour palette chosen for print and toner.
v2.32.0 – v2.33.x series — 16 May 2026
Per-module temperatures displayed in the live BMS view when the vehicle provides them.
Side-by-side comparison of capacity values from two sources in the BMS pack summary — useful for spotting calibration mismatches.
Polished raw data display for advanced technicians.
v2.31.x series — 16 May 2026
Voltage and capacity tables redesigned. Pack and per-module summaries now sit side by side instead of stacked, so per-cell comparison is direct.
Per-cell deviation indicators (mV and Ah) colour-coded: orange = above pack average, blue = below, neutral within expected tolerance.
v2.30.0 – v2.27.x series — 6–16 May 2026
Developer / R&D tooling improvements. A series of upgrades to the advanced developer sub-section used internally for vehicle research. These are not part of the normal technician workflow and are gated behind access control.
v2.26.x series — 8 May 2026
Faster developer-mode scans. Sweep operations that previously took ~13 minutes now complete in 2–3 minutes.
v2.25.x – v2.23.0 series — 8 May 2026
New BMS direct-access probe for advanced diagnostics. Hidden behind access control — not visible in standard technician mode.
v2.22.0 — 6 May 2026
Extra BMS data panel in the live BMS view: SOC min/max cells, capacity-based weakest/strongest cell IDs, and weak-short impedance readouts when the vehicle broadcasts them.
v2.21.x series — 6 May 2026
Live BMS view laid out to match the physical pack. Two columns of modules with a central gap that reads as the spine of the pack; upper-deck modules sit at the top, main-deck modules below.
Bigger, brighter readouts. Cell voltages, capacities and module labels all enlarged and colour-tuned for better readability.
Per-cell deviation from module average shown inline.
Per-module statistics footer (min / max / Δ) under each module.
Module-vs-pack deviation in each module header, colour-coded.
Vertical state-of-charge indicator on the left edge of every cell.
v2.20.0 — 6 May 2026
All 96 cell voltages captured live and embedded in the Car Health Report. Previously only min/max were shown. Each cell is rendered with its SOC bar; weakest and strongest cells highlighted.
v2.19.x series — 6 May 2026
New BMS (Cell Voltages) sub-tab. Live, streaming view of all 96 cells with pack summary, weakest/strongest cell highlighting and running statistics.
Per-cell state-of-charge bars in the live grid for at-a-glance pack health.
Tighter grid so all 96 cells fit on a typical laptop screen.
v2.18.x series — 6 May 2026
Translation overlay for Tesla task names. All 355 diagnostic tasks now appear in the active language, not mixed English/local.
Task search matches translated names too — search “baterija” and you’ll find the BMS tasks.
Lash Angle Counter readable from the DI table.
Cleaner descriptions throughout — removed internal protocol references that weren’t useful to technicians.
v2.17.0 — 6 May 2026
Full multi-language UI coverage with live language switching (no page reload).
v2.16.0 — 6 May 2026
Five-language support. English, Croatian, Slovenian, Serbian (Latin script) and German, with a language picker in the sidebar and selection persisted between sessions.
v2.15.x series — 6 May 2026
Sub-tabs in pre-ODIN. The previously long single-page layout is split into REST API, LDU and UDS Dev sub-tabs. Selection remembered between sessions.
DI counters and identifiers in a compact, aligned table with a “Read All” button.
v2.14.x – v2.13.0 series — 5 May 2026
DI module section reorganised into a clean table layout: one row per data identifier, with only the relevant action buttons per row, inline status indicators and automatic re-read after reset or write.
New developer tooling for reading/writing diagnostic data identifiers — hidden behind access control.
v2.12.5 — 29 April 2026
Popups visible in fullscreen mode. DTC info, configuration change dialogs and the reboot banner no longer disappear when the interface is fullscreened.
v2.12.4 — 29 April 2026
Timestamps in local time with time zone label. Reports now show e.g. “2026-04-29 14:35:22 Europe/Zagreb (UTC+02:00)” instead of raw UTC. Applies to all three report types.
v2.12.3 — 28 April 2026
Battery Lifecycle ring shows “% remaining” in the main circle, so all three cover-page rings read the same way (more fill = better).
v2.12.2 — 28 April 2026
Diagnostics Permission readout fixed. Now shows the actual per-vehicle access grant from Tesla (e.g. “5d 21h”), not the proxy SSL certificate expiry as before.
v2.12.1 — 28 April 2026
Redesigned Car Health Report cover page for visual impact:
Vehicle info and QR side-by-side at the top.
Hero “Health at a Glance” card with three large circular gauges: Battery Score, State of Health and Battery Lifecycle, each with a verbal label (Excellent / Good / Fair).

Faults badge as a full-width card with a clear icon.
Snapshot strip with five colour-coded health tiles.
v2.12.0 — 27 April 2026
Unified Car Health Report. The previous two separate documents (Battery Health Certificate + Full Diagnostics Report) are now one.
Cover page with combined summary — Battery Health score + SOH% alongside a Diagnostic Faults badge (green / yellow / red).
Single “Generate Car Health Report” button replaces the two separate buttons.
All reports now saved on the server with QR verification (was only the battery certificate before).
v2.11.x series — 27–28 April 2026
Realistic gateway reboot timing. Reboot is correctly described as 2–5 minutes (not 10 seconds), with a live elapsed timer in the banner so you can see progress.
Country values cleaned. Fixes 57 country entries that were showing with stray quote characters in the raw value.
v2.11.0 — 28 April 2026
New Configuration page — equivalent to Tesla Toolbox’s vehicle configuration editor.
92 vehicle parameters available, with 29 editable (the rest locked by Tesla).
Read current values from the vehicle, with change history visible as a tooltip per row.
Filters for “only with current value” and “show locked”.
Change dialog with a dropdown of valid values, current selected.
Automatic gateway reboot after a successful change, with live status tracking until the vehicle is back online.
Special warning for sensitive parameters such as battery pack type.
New “Reboot Gateway” button on the dashboard.
v2.10.x series — 27 April 2026
Better DTC error messages. Instead of “[object Object]” you now see “Error reading DTCs, try unlocking gateway or turning on drive rail”.
Per-module error display — if a module fails to respond, the error is shown clearly under that module instead of being silently dropped.
Action buttons on alerts. Active alerts on the Vitals page now show one-click action buttons for known alert codes (e.g. clear isolation, re-enable contactors).
v2.9.0 — 27 April 2026
Extended DTC database. Each DTC info popup now includes description, set conditions, reset/self-healing behaviour and recommended corrective action.
Info column with ⓘ button on the DTC table opens a popup with all details plus a link to the Tesla Toolbox sandbox.
v2.8.x series — 27 April 2026
DTC database — the system now caches every DTC code seen, with editable name and description fields (admin only).
DTC codes are clickable — opens a Tesla Toolbox lookup in a new tab.
v2.7.x – v2.6.0 series — 27 April 2026
New DTC page. Read and clear diagnostic trouble codes from 22 vehicle modules with per-module or “Read All / Clear All” actions.
Severity decoded and colour-coded (confirmed, pending, failed, historical, not tested).
“Hide not-tested” filter strips noise from the tables.
Confirmation dialog before any Clear operation.
New Vitals page sending the RMI-VITALS task and rendering the results categorised by area (BMS, configuration, charging, thermal, TPMS, cellular, WiFi, GPS, autopilot, etc.).
Active alerts highlighted red for safety-critical prefixes (BMS, DI, DIS, CHG, PCS).
Recent alerts table at the bottom.
v2.5.x series — 23 April 2026
Battery Certificate server storage with QR verification.
Each certificate gets a unique ID (format: EVC-YYMM- # # ).

v2.3.x series — 23 April 2026
Isolation gauge corrected — shows a warning instead of false green when the value isn’t readable.
Score circle moved next to vehicle info on the certificate; larger 150 px circle with score/10.0 display.
SOC as a fuel-gauge-style semicircular needle gauge with red (0–15%), yellow (15–25%) and green (25–100%) zones.
Isolation resistance as a semicircular needle gauge with matching colour zones.
All gauges inline SVG — no external dependencies, print-friendly.
Estimated kilometres on battery from total discharge energy and consumption rate.
Range estimates shown as a range (e.g. −8% to +20%) for all estimates — warm/cold, city/highway — instead of a single misleading figure.
v2.1.0 — 20 April 2026
End of Life Expectancy card on the Battery Certificate with a lifecycle progress bar (cycles / 2000).
SOC-aware cell imbalance thresholds — tighter at high SOC, relaxed at low SOC.
SOC gauge with low-SOC warning below 20%.

Scans each variable one by one; only variables that exist are shown.
Progress bar with percentage and current variable name; stop anytime.
Results table allows writing a new value to any variable inline.
v1.9.x series — 22 April 2026
Automatic battery pack detection from vehicle data values, with manual dropdown fallback.
Real usable capacity used for SOH calculation (not the marketing number) — typically a few percentage points more accurate.
Pack source visible in the report (“auto” or “user selected”).
v1.8.x series — 22 April 2026
More forgiving battery scoring curve. Real-world degradation patterns no longer score harshly; e.g. 85% SOH now scores around 9.4/10 instead of 6.4.
Smooth colour gradient on the battery score (green → yellow → orange → red) instead of harsh steps.
DC ratio less harshly penalised — DC fast charging is not as damaging as previous scoring suggested.
Print colours forced so gauges, badges and backgrounds retain their colour in PDF/print output.
v1.7.x series — 22 April 2026
First Battery Health Certificate with visual gauges:
Battery Score (1.0–10.0) circular gauge.
SOH capacity bar.
Supercharger usage gauge with green→red gradient.
Cell balance and isolation resistance checks.
Range estimates for warm/cold, city/highway driving.
Charge statistics: AC/DC split, total kWh, estimated cycles.
Tesla model spec lookup (S60–S100D, X60D–XP100D).
Reports opened in a new tab immediately to avoid popup blockers.
Battery cert pulls precise brick voltages for accurate cell delta — e.g. 28.0 mV instead of vitals’ rounded 0 mV.
Three-tier cell balance warnings (under 15 mV ok, 15–30 mV moderate, over 30 mV significant).
Active alerts banner at the top of the diagnostics report with full alerts list (no longer truncated).
Miles → km conversion throughout.
v1.6.x series — 22 April 2026
Generate Diagnostics Report — professional HTML report in a new tab, ready to print or save as PDF.
Sections: vehicle info, configuration, battery and HV, active and recent alerts, thermal, charging, connectivity, tire pressures.
Optional BMS data with checkbox for AC/DC/total kWh statistics.

Simptomi:
• AC punjenje se prekida
• AC punjenje nije moguće

U oba slucaja ne smijete vise puniti, gleda vas nepopravljiva totalka u oči.

💰 Cijena:
OEM: 3.000 € + PDV
EVC: 1.300 € + PDV
