Bartol's work examines whether the Schaefer-1000 brain parcellation, derived from resting-state fMRI, preserves functionally meaningful, reproducible signal heterogeneity when the brain is doing what it actually does: processing a continuous, multimodal world. Using fMRI data under naturalistic stimulation (film viewing), the analysis integrates temporal dimensionality, representational geometry, and functional gradient decomposition.

🧠 This is cognitive science as it should be: empirically rigorous, methodologically multifaceted, and epistemologically honest about what brain signals can and cannot tell us about the mind.

Professor Renata Geld visited Case Western Reserve University and presented her latest work on conceptualization and meaning construction in the language of the blind.

Lara Puhovski i Rebecca Milosavljević sa svojim timom MindBloom 🧠💓 osmislile su aplikaciju kao odgovor na pitanje i problem:
"Kako motivirati starije sugrađane na društvenu povezanost s ciljem prevencije demencije i održavanja aktivnosti u zajednici".
Na natjecanju je zapaženo prošao i tim našeg studenta Luke Valjina. Luka je s kolegama s farmaceutsko-biokemijskog fakulteta osmislio aplikaciju pod nazivom HealthLink koja je nastala kao odgovor na temu: "Integracija stranih radnika u hrvatski zdravstveni sustav".

Odlične teme, relevantna društvena problematika, sjajna rješenja! 💡💡
