With the certificate ceremony, we celebrated the successful completion of the 6th edition of Youth Business Camp Adria Zagreb, a unique educational program dedicated to empowering young people and preparing them for the challenges of the modern business world.

During the 11-day program, participants – including teenagers affected by the war in Ukraine who are currently living in Croatia, as well as students from various high schools across Zagreb – had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, develop new skills, and connect with inspiring professionals from different fields of business.

Through 29 lectures, 12 hours of individual and team mentoring, and two professional study visits to ZICER – Zagreb Innovation Centre and the Croatian Radio Forum, participants were introduced to the latest business trends and gained insight into the realities of the professional world.

Throughout the program, they explored a wide range of topics including finance, marketing, human resources management, legal aspects of business, intellectual property, public relations, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sales management, and communication strategies. They had the opportunity to learn directly from leading experts, understand current challenges across industries, and develop a broader perspective on entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership.

The closing of this year’s camp is not just the end of an educational program – it is the beginning of new ideas, collaborations, friendships, and business opportunities that our participants will continue to develop in the future.

Today at Youth Business Camp Adria Zagreb, our participants had the privilege of welcoming a very special surprise guest – Laurentiu Dimitriu, Managing Director of Nestlé for Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During his inspiring keynote, Laurentiu shared his professional journey, reflecting on the experiences, challenges, and milestones that shaped his career and led him to one of the world's leading companies. He spoke about the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, resilience, and authentic leadership in today's fast-changing business environment, encouraging young entrepreneurs to embrace every opportunity for growth.

One of the most engaging parts of the session was the interactive Q&A, where participants asked thoughtful questions about leadership, career development, innovation, decision-making, and the future of business. Laurentiu openly shared his personal experiences and practical insights, providing valuable advice and inspiration for the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders.

One of today's highlights at Youth Business Camp Adria Zagreb was an inspiring keynote by Krešimir Dobrilović, Founder and CEO of CARWIZ International.

During his presentation, Krešimir shared his entrepreneurial journey—from building an idea into an internationally recognized brand to overcoming challenges, making difficult decisions, and embracing opportunities along the way. His story offered participants a genuine insight into what it takes to build and lead a successful global business.

The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, where participants had the opportunity to ask questions about entrepreneurship, leadership, business growth, international expansion, and the lessons learned throughout his career. The discussion was filled with practical advice, honest experiences, and valuable encouragement for the next generation of entrepreneurs.

After days of learning, collaborating, and developing innovative business ideas, our participants took the stage to present their final project pitches to an expert evaluation committee.

Today at the Youth Business Camp Adria Zagreb, participants had the opportunity to attend an inspiring presentation delivered by Alice Almer, Marketing and Communications Manager at RIT Croatia.

During her session, she introduced the study opportunities available at RIT Croatia, highlighting its internationally recognized degree programs, hands-on learning approach, and the many opportunities it offers for personal, academic, and professional growth.
