Are you passionate about music, social impact, human rights, youth participation, and international cooperation?
Songs for Rights is looking for a motivated Erasmus+ trainee to join our international team in Berlin (hybrid) and support projects that connect music with positive social change across Europe.
π Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)

π Part-time (20h/week)

Starting July 2026 (flexible)
π° Erasmus+ traineeship funding (or equivalent internship grant) required
As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in:

Communications & social media
β
Erasmus+ project coordination
β
International youth cooperation
β
Project development & fundraising
β
Creative storytelling & content creation
β
Social innovation and impact initiatives
You'll work with a small, multicultural, and purpose-driven team at the intersection of music, human rights, education, and social innovation.
We're looking for someone who:
πΆ Loves music and social impact
π Is interested in Erasmus+ and international projects
π‘ Takes initiative and enjoys learning
π± Has experience with social media, Canva, newsletters, or basic video editing
π£οΈ Speaks English (German not required)
