✨ Living What Is True ✨
An invitation into embodied living.
There is a moment when the pace begins to soften.
After a season of movement, intensity, long days and constant doing, something within us begins to ask for a different rhythm.
More space.
More clarity.
More order.
More presence.
A new circle begins.
In yoga, Satya is the practice of truthfulness.
But perhaps its deeper invitation is not simply to speak what is true…
but to live what is true.
To let the body become part of the conversation.
To notice what feels aligned.
To honour what no longer does.
To listen when the body says yes — and when it says no.
This is embodied living.
Not performing a version of ourselves,
but inhabiting our own life fully.
As the rhythm changes,
we don't have to rush to fill the space.
We can allow the calmness.
The simplicity.
The order.
The listening.
What is true for me now?
And then, little by little,
let life move from there.
Living what is true.
Just pause and feel.
