Michel Moragues – flauta / flute
Francuski flautist i pedagog Michel Moragues ostvaruje iznimno raznoliku karijeru kao solist, komorni glazbenik, orkestralni umjetnik i pedagog. Od 1989. godine djeluje kao solo flautist (co-principal flute) Orchestre National de France, s kojim redovito nastupa pod ravnanjem nekih od najvećih dirigenata našeg vremena, među kojima su Leonard Bernstein, Pierre Boulez, Sir Colin Davis, Seiji Ozawa, Riccardo Muti i mnogi drugi.
Studirao je na Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris u klasama legendarnog Jeana-Pierrea Rampala i Alaina Mariona, gdje je 1979. godine osvojio Prvu nagradu za flautu, a 1980. godine i Prvu nagradu za komornu glazbu u klasi Christiana Lardéa.
Dobitnik je nagrada na međunarodnim natjecanjima, uključujući Guilde des Artistes Solistes de Paris i Međunarodno natjecanje u Budimpešti, a na njegov umjetnički razvoj snažno su utjecali i Michel Debost i Aurèle Nicolet.
Danas djeluje kao profesor komorne glazbe na Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris te kao profesor flaute na Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Rueil-Malmaison, a redovito održava majstorske radionice diljem Europe i svijeta.
Kao strastveni komorni glazbenik, Michel Moragues jedan je od osnivača međunarodno priznatog Quintette Moragues, s kojim nastupa širom svijeta i ostvaruje značajne diskografske uspjehe.
Kao jedan od najuglednijih predstavnika francuske flautističke škole, Michel Moragues svojim umjetničkim i pedagoškim djelovanjem inspirira nove generacije flautista diljem svijeta.

French flutist and pedagogue Michel Moragues enjoys an exceptionally diverse career as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral artist, and teacher. Since 1989, he has served as Co-Principal Flute of the Orchestre National de France, performing under the baton of some of the greatest conductors of our time, including Leonard Bernstein, Pierre Boulez, Sir Colin Davis, Seiji Ozawa, Riccardo Muti, and many others.
He studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris with Jean-Pierre Rampal and Alain Marion, where he was awarded First Prize in Flute in 1979 and First Prize in Chamber Music in 1980 in the class of Christian Lardé.
He is a prizewinner at several international competitions, including the Guilde des Artistes Solistes de Paris and the Budapest International Competition. His artistic development was strongly influenced by Michel Debost and Aurèle Nicolet.
He is currently Professor of Chamber Music at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris and Professor of Flute at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Rueil-Malmaison. He regularly gives masterclasses throughout Europe and worldwide.
A passionate chamber musician, he is a founding member of the internationally acclaimed Quintette Moragues.
As one of the leading representatives of the French flute school, Michel Moragues continues to inspire new generations of flutists through his artistic and pedagogical work.
