What an incredible training experience! 🌳🌐
Rural Business Innovation Hub" training course is finished!

During the time spent together, our participants deepened essential aspects for the promotion of entrepreneurial skills among young people, especially those from rural areas. 🌱

Participants left with essential tools for:
✅ Increasing entrepreneurial skills among young people
✅ Encouraging the development of rural communities for a better life
✅ Creating an awareness of entrepreneurial skills
✅ Stimulating the creativity of young people in rural areas and encouraging them

📌During the course, they also had the opportunity to visit a local business in a rural area🏡, a chocolate factory🍫. Here, attendees met the founder 🙋‍♀️ and got to see how their products are made and what makes the business successful.📈
The project is co-financed by the European Union. 🇪🇺

Our participants are currently in Romania, specifically in Targu Jiu, holding a Training of Trainers as part of the Rural Business Innovation Hub project. ⭐️
The first day of the training went like this:
"The day we started at 9.30. The purpose was to get to know the participants and to get information about the project. After that, we split into groups, analysed some good practice examples, and presented them later to the other participants.
Finally, we gave a lecture, which included guidelines to be considered and incorporated into the process before setting up a rural/public enterprise."
➡️ There are two more days of work ahead of them.
We wish our participants a successful training, to gain as much new knowledge as possible, to make new friends and to enjoy Romania to the maximum. 😊
