Association for Human Resources Development (Polymath) is non-governmental organization working at regional, national and European level in the field of human rights, education and science. The mission of Polymath it is also related to the promotion of European values, such as respect for human dignity and human rights, freedom, democracy, equality and the rule of law. It focuses and develops its
activities in education - training. The Polymath team has a wide experience in developing personal and professional path ways trough training delivered to teachers, students and young people with the goal of strengthening their competences. The team is formed by expert teachers, trainers and project managers. The team is experienced in creating learning programs for teachers, staff of educational institutions, adults and youth. The organisation has a string networks and links with different stakeholders and works with public administration, private institutions and schools in Balkan Region and EU. The NGO develops programs for teachers that work with adults and youngsters in risk of social exclusion or disadvantaged groups of the population. In this framework, the NGO has collaborated and created tools, methodologies and games as instrument of development for disadvantaged groups of people. Our goals are:
- Encouraging a knowledge society characterized by balanced social and economic development while respecting the democratic principles, rights and needs of individuals and the development of human resources.
- Promoting internationality, international cooperation and human resources development in the field of human rights, education and science,
- Promoting all human rights, especially the right to education, and combating all forms of discrimination, especially marginalized groups, children and youth,
- Promoting the need for lifelong learning and understanding the role of all levels of education and lifelong learning in contributing to greater social inclusion of individuals and social groups.
- advocating for ensuring access to quality services for socially excluded and vulnerable categories of children, including the marginalized rural population;
- helping to enable people at risk of poverty and social exclusion to be able to participate fully in economic, social and cultural life, as well as to enjoy living standards and welfare that are considered normal for the society in which they live. ;- advocating for the provision of professional support and better education for all persons regardless of their ability,
- organization of professional education and training, documentation and information, research and counseling in the field of education, human rights and social inclusion,
- work on promoting, developing and assisting in scientific research and professional projects in the field of education, protection of human rights and democracy;
- advocating for the development of social services and various contents and forms of support to persons and families of persons at risk of social exclusion and social exclusion;
- cooperation with the same or similar associations, institutions and authorities in the country and abroad
