The oldest Croatian statute


The Korčula Statute from 1214 is the oldest Croatian anthology of law and after Russian Pravda, the oldest anthology among the Slavs, and for most Korčulans a large, thick and frightening book in which it is difficult to find anything interesting to read. But not for Sunčana Žaknić, a native of Korčula and a tourist guide who popularized the famous book in a sympathetic and witty way. You can learn about historical facts and wealth and compare them to the historical facts of your culture, and creatively design digital assignments for your students.

Today, July 2, 2020, in the Hotel Korčula De La Ville, a Cooperation Agreement was signed with the University of Dubrovnik and a Business Cooperation Agreement between HRT and the City of Korčula

➡️ The agreement on business cooperation between the City of Korčula and the University of Dubrovnik was signed by the Mayor Andrija Fabris and the Rector of the University of Dubrovnik Nikša Burum. By signing this agreement, Korčula becomes a dislocated location for undergraduate studies in Nautics, Naval Architecture and Business Economics, and at the same time the first island university student town in Croatia.

With this Agreement on Business Cooperation between HRT and the City of Korčula, it was agreed to open a branch office of the HRT Center Dubrovnik on the island of Korčula. In this way, information from the island of Korčula and the Pelješac peninsula will be more represented in the HRT program.

We are preparing new courses for Erasus + KA1 in Croatia on the island of Korcula in May, June, July and August 2021.

Given the epidemiological situation with COVID-19, we move on to a webinar on the arrangement and preparation for next year. The courses would be held in June, July and August 2021.

The WEBINAR to prepare the course will be September 17th 2020.
