Zouk in Croatia Today “Zouk in Croatia” is a MOVEMENT of bringing Zouk dance on Croatians’ dance floor as well.

Our mission is to educate people about this dance and spread love into the heart of each dancer :)

Turbo happy moments 🌀💛
Seeing people dance Zouk beautifully on their very first day is something that never stops amazing us.

Last Sunday, we had a few newcomers who came to Zouk for the first time ever. During the practice time, we actually danced more with them than we taught them — and guess what?

They followed. They flowed. They enjoyed it.
And this is the magic we want to share with you ✨

Zouk is not a hard or complicated dance.
It’s a language of connection, listening, and presence.

If you already dance salsa, bachata, kizomba, or any other social dance, your body already understands so much more than you think. That’s why these beautiful newcomers could enjoy Zouk even without learning all the combinations.

Less thinking. More dancing.
Less “doing it right.” More feeling it.
And suddenly… you’re dancing Zouk 💫

Remember - everything starts with the first step...

It took us the first step of courage to start building Zouk community in Zagreb and now we see more and more people dancing Zouk.

And it took the first step to those who were curious enough to try Zouk, and now look how they dance. For some of them this was the very first class and for others - just a few.

We feel turbo excited seeing progress in both: in students and in our own teaching skills.

When you grow - we grow.
And when we grow - you grow.
Let's grow together 🙏

And for those who are still deciding to join or no, let us warn you...

You will not get here just a regular dance class. We offer the experience of combination of dance, music, play, connection, somatic exercises, and relaxational, therapeutic approach to learning.

It is a true connection.

No performance - just a bliss of a very intimate present moment.

It is enough.
To feel here and now.

It is such joy to see beginners finally creating their own dance based on variations that they learn

And such a heart-warming experience to see a smile on their face and feel the relaxation in their body, moving with the flow of the music 💛

Stress leaves.
Overthinking doesnt exist.
Just pure joy that stays.

These are the moments from the very first class.

Unfortunatelly, I dont have much to show, as people dont feel comfortable being on camera.

Hopefully, Zouk will open their confidence up more and more and we will be able to share joy of progress and joy of simply flowing

Zouk is a social partner dance from Brazil — smooth, dynamic, and deeply musical. It focuses on connection, clear communication, and flow between partners. You’ll learn to lead and follow through body movement rather than memorized steps, which makes it both technical and creative.

✔️ Relax your body and calm your mind after a long week
✔️ Release stress through movement and music

In the first class, you’ll explore the foundations of Zouk — rhythm, connection, and body awareness — through a balance of structure and play. The approach is somatic, fun, and suitable for total beginners.

The first class is open to everyone!
→ If you continue for the month, it’s included in your monthly pass (€44/month)
