We have started Brazilian JiuJitsu classes back up at the new Pole fit location in coconut tree plaza just outside of West end. It is on the same side as Roa car all the way to the back of the building. We will have classes Tuesdays and Thursday nights. Kids classes are 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. and adult classes are 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. no experience necessary. Come and try a week for free.

Don't forget we will be having a free self-defense seminar this Saturday the 24th of August in Mangrove Bight from 10 to 11:30 am. Also, our regular classes will start Tuesday 27th of August and be every Tuesday and Thursday. kids classes will be from 4 till 5 and adult classes from 5 till 6.

I'm very excited to be starting Brazilian jiu jitsu classes again in Roatan. We will have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for kids and adults.
