「天宮課堂 · 港澳專場」太空授課活動於2026年9月 9日（星期三）舉行。我校學生亦參與其中，實時觀看在太空獨特環境下進行的科學實驗示範，增進航天科學知識、激發學習興趣；亦透過黎家盈博士中學和大學的師長分享，瞭解到黎家盈博士的成長故事，從而建立志向、勇於探索，進一步厚植愛國情懷，強化國民身份認同。

The ‘Tiangong Class' Hong Kong and Macao Designated Session space lecture was held on Wednesday, 9th September, 2026. Our students participated by watching live demonstrations of scientific experiments conducted in the unique environment of space, which enriched their knowledge of aerospace science and sparked their interest in learning. Through the sharing by Dr. Lai Ka Ying’s teachers from her secondary school and university, students also learned about her growth journey, inspiring them to set aspirations, embrace exploration and further cultivate patriotic feelings while strengthening their sense of national identity.

新學年伊始，東莞學校的同學除了投入課堂學習外，自十月起更可參加由學校安排的多元化興趣小組及課外活動。體育類活動包括田徑訓練、排球、足球、籃球、中國舞、霹靂舞、花式跳繩、小型網球及乒乓球等；科技類活動有無人機訓練班、航空與航天科技班、mBot Ultimate等；學科及藝術類活動涵蓋奧數、國畫、非洲鼓、歌詠團、敲擊樂及朗誦等；制服及服務團隊則有升旗隊、幼童軍、少年警訊、公益少年團及小女童軍等。

學校期望同學透過參與不同活動，培養責任心與團隊精神，積極發展潛能，並在身心靈各方面健康成長。
At the start of the new academic year, students at TKPS not only engage actively in classroom learning, but beginning in October, they can also join a wide variety of interest groups and extra-curricular activities arranged by the school. Sports activities include track and field, volleyball, football, basketball, Chinese dance, breakdance, rope skipping, mini tennis, and table tennis. Technology activities feature drone training, aviation and aerospace technology classes, and mBot Ultimate. Academic and arts activities cover Olympiad mathematics, Chinese painting, African drums, choir, percussion, and choral speaking. Uniformed and service groups include the flag-raising Team, Cub Scouts, Junior Police Call, Community Youth Club　and Brownies.
It is hoped that TKPS students will cultivate a sense of responsibility and teamwork through different activities, actively develop their potential　and achieve healthy growth in body, mind, and spirit.

3rd September marks the Victory Day of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. On this day, our school organized commemorative activities for all teachers and students. During a special morning assembly, Principal Chan Chi Kin reviewed the glorious years of the War of Resistance and led the entire school in a moment of silence. This event aimed to honor the martyrs, remember history, cherish peace and nurture a new generation with a deep sense of patriotism and national responsibility.

‘Primary One Experiencing Programme’ was held from 24th August to 25thAugust, allowing P1 students to meet their teachers and classmates, tour the campus and familiarize themselves with the environment. Students also enjoyed story sessions with NET teacher, adding fun to their learning experience. Meanwhile, parents joined workshops to learn how to use e-learning resources to support their children’s studies. Together, parents and students embraced this new beginning in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

賀本校楊健民主任，憑藉熱心投入少年警訊各項服務，服務表現獲警民關係組少年警訊周年大會嘉許，實至名歸。

楊健民主任現擔任本校少年警訊及升旗隊導師，同時受聘為警民關係組義務步操教官，定期獲派往全港各中小學主持步操訓練，致力推廣紀律教育。

本校少年警訊透過系統訓練，培養學員良好紀律與團隊精神；並透過多元社區服務活動，引導學員關懷社會、厚植愛國情懷。

Congratulations to our school’s Mr. Yeung Kin Man on being commended for his dedicated service to Junior Police Call (JPC) at the annual general meeting of the Police Community Relations Group. His outstanding commitment is well deserved.

Mr. Yeung currently serves as the advisor of our school’s Junior Police Call and Flag Raising Team. He also works as a volunteer drill instructor for the Police Community Relations Group, and is regularly assigned to conduct drill training sessions at primary and secondary schools across Hong Kong, devoting himself to promoting discipline education.

Our school’s Junior Police Call programme provides systematic training to nurture students’ sense of discipline and team spirit. Through a wide range of community service activities, students are guided to care for society and foster patriotism.

All students are welcome to join the Junior Police Call this year, to learn, grow and serve the community together.
