Our K1 learners became total masters of disguise this week. After investigating how animals, safari guides, and wildlife photographers use camouflage to blend into their environments, the children mixed paints to match our outdoor space and designed their own camo gear.
The ultimate test? A high-stakes game of hide-and-seek, of course! Formulating big questions, getting creative, and testing theories through active play, that’s how we roll in K1.

Our school community came together for a truly special event, “Honour Someone You Love,” celebrating our incredible mums, dads, and guardians. The day was packed with laughter and teamwork as families teamed up for an energetic Family Race, engineered the tallest towers out of spaghetti, tackled an interactive orienteering game, and explored cooperative art using extra-long paintbrushes. When the sweltering heat picked up, we brought the outdoor adventure inside, transforming our classrooms into a cozy, bustling indoor picnic filled with shared stories and smiles.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to every parent and guardian who joined us today. Thank you for embracing the playful challenges and participating so wholeheartedly despite the intense heat—your presence means the world to your children and beautifully strengthens our close-knit school family!

Today at our “Honour Someone You Love” event, the campus was filled with love and connection. 💚
Our Little Foresters invited their special someone to step into their world of authentic play. From the laughter-filled Newspaper Challenge (testing our balance and teamwork as the “islands” got smaller!) to stick drawing on our natural canvas, every moment was a lesson in resilience and creativity.
By stepping out of the classroom and into the Active Playground, our Little Foresters showed us that when we learn with nature, we learn how to navigate the world together with the people that we love. 💕

How do you get minerals out of a rock? You don’t ask for the answer—you build a toolkit and find it yourself!
Our K3 class took on the ultimate geological challenge this week. Through an incredible student-led inquiry, they brainstormed, debated, and tested everything, from butter knives to sturdy tools to see what it takes to break open a solid stone. 🪨
Spoiler alert: It takes a lot of persistence, teamwork, and the perfect amount of force! They finally got inside, and the hidden treasures they found left the whole room in awe. ✨

In a world full of plastic toys and flashing screens, there’s a quiet revolution happening in the dirt. 🌱
This summer, we’re welcoming toddlers (12M–3Y) into our woodland sanctuary for a season of raw, unfiltered play. No strict rules, no perfect crafts—just child-led discovery.
🌿 What to expect: Squishy sand, clay woodland creatures, splashing in natural water features, and engaging all five senses. This is process art and sensory play in its truest form—where your child is the architect of their own adventure.
It’s muddy, it’s chaotic, and it is exactly what little minds and bodies need to thrive!
