🔊開聲聽廣東話版詳盡教學 💁🏻‍♀️今次同大家介紹鋼管舞其中一種常見嘅基礎手握法:前臂握(Forearm Grip)

📍握點位置:
1)上手掌心
2)下手前臂及掌心

📌 發力重點:
1)上手主導,往上延伸,向自身作拉力
2)下手配合,前臂往前推,向鋼管作推力

💪🏻 應用肌群:
1)背闊肌(背部)
2)下斜方肌(背部)
3)前鋸肌(胸側)
4)三頭肌(後手臂)
5)肩䄂肌群(肩膊)

💡 小貼士:
✅ 建議利用有效呼吸配合發力時刻:放好握點位置、準備發力時作吸氣,打開胸肩
✅ 以呼氣帶動發力,配合「上手拉、下手推」的原理
✅ 發力過程中,眼睛向天花方向望,有助保持胸椎延伸及背肌參與

2)伸展及擴開背肌

• YACEP accredited Aerial Yoga Level 2 Teacher(2022)

• XPERT certified Aerial Hoop Instructor(2020)
• HKSEA certified Group Stretching Instructor(2018)
• XPERT certified Pole Fitness Instructor(2015)

Jessy had started her fitness journey with pole dancing since 2014 and become a certified Instructor after a year of training.

Since then, Jessy continued to explore on aerial sports such as , and , and had obtained relevant qualifications as above stated. She has also been giving classes in dance studios and chain fitness gym such as Goji Studios, MyFitness and MyYoga.

Started out as an amateur without any dance or gymnastics background, Jessy believes that the fundamental knowledge of breathing and muscle control is the key to building a solid foundation in advancing our body movements. She takes these into her teaching in a very approachable way and encourages students with her own story.

Jessy自2014年開始接觸鋼管舞 ,經過一年多的學習和訓練後,成功考獲國際認可導師資格,並繼續鑽研其他空中運動,亦相繼考獲相關導師資格。她亦曾於大型連鎖健身中心任教鋼管舞及空中瑜伽。

從「零根底素人」晉身成為精通鋼管舞及各種空中運動的專業全職導師,Jessy能夠設身處地去指導學員克服一般初學者經常遇上的難題,配合輕鬆隨和的課堂氣氛和深入淺出的講解,令學員充分掌握基本功,再嘗試更高階的動作。
